The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Unsere Ferienwohnungen liegen im Herzen von Garmisch-Partenkirchen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ski- und Erholungsgebiet am Hausberg. Das Skistadion, die Partnachklamm und die Eckbauerbahn erreichen sie in ca. 10-15 Gehminuten. Der Balkon bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge. Das Zetrum von Garmisch, sowie die Ortsmitte von Partenkirchen sind in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen
