A short walk to the footbridge brings you to downtown, Rochester Art Supply, Dinasour Barbeque, and Rochester's historic Library. In the other walkable direction is a local cafe, the Genesee, Sushi and restaurants. This apartment has plenty of space and color. It has musical instruments, games, and a desk full of art supplies. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. There is a very good chance you will encounter two very friendly dogs in our yard. They do not go into your space. Patrick is a feisty 15 lb pup and JR. is our doodle puppy. Many great restaurants in the area.
