Ett helt fantastiskt hus!! Stort, högt i tak, med en underbar griffeltavla som barnen använde flitigt och ett stort, underbart kök!! Massvis med plats för alla att umgås eller komma undan, fina möbler, vackra färger, en underbar, stor sal, bra sovrum och ett riktigt coolt sovrum som verkligen barnen älskade (med en dubbel våningssäng!). Tomten var också helt underbar, med fotbollsmål, hammock, dart-tavla härliga utemöbler och en stor gräsmatta och en massa sol. Vi var två familjer som spenderade en helg här för att bara umgås och njuta, vilket vi också gjorde!! Kan verkligen rekommendera detta huset om man vill få ett stort, genuint, annorlunda hus!

Mycket trevligt och fridfullt ställe. Positivt överraskade när vi fick veta att det finns varmt vatten 👌. Hjälpsam och allltid mottaglig Kavita - jättetrevlig. Fin stuga, mysigt, ingen strul med internet. Stora fiskar i närliggande sjön!

We had a lovely stay at Elisabeth's house. Everything very cozy, very comfortable, very clean. This was our second stay at the house, and I am sure we will be back! Thank you, Elisabeth!

Anders and Johanna were wonderful hosts. The house was quaint, warm and cozy. I traveled to Hogbo searching for family descendants. Johanna connected me with people in town who also tried to assist me. Everyone was so kind and friendly making my trip special and memorable.

This was our second and longest stay at this home. It was sparkling clean and we felt we were returning home when we walked in! The living space is invitingly comfortable and roomy to enjoy family meals, card games and a little tv. The outside deck is the perfect place to go out to sit, have a coffee, read and watch the Roe deer and birds in the charming forest in the far backyard. Our host was amazing—the wifi was not working and he came with a new modem right away and it worked perfectly!! Being from the US, our appliances dont work quite the same and he promptly and cheerfully kept in touch on how to navigate their use. I have induction stovetops so I was happy with that and it works very well!!! Our host asked us to make ourselves at home and we did-we did not have to buy spices, coffe or tea or dishwasher tablets. Our host graciously allowed us an early check in from our long travel to Sweden and then 2 hour drive AND he allowed for a later check out. Hope to come here again!!!!!

Värdarna var super trevliga och vänliga. Boendet var så mysigt och överträffade våra förväntningar! När vi kom fram hade de handlat frukt och andra mejeri produkter till oss vilket var super snällt och uppskattat! Bilderna ger inte rättvis till boendet, det är mycket mysigare i verkligheten. Deras hund är också super mysig och vi är glada att vår hund fick leka av sig lite. Rekommenderar starkt!

We stayed here for 5 nights as we were attending a drag-racing event at nearby Tierp Arena which was a very easy 20 mins in the car so it was a perfect location for us. The house is quirky and old and a bit worn but cosy as well. It really is in a very peaceful spot on the edge of a small beautiful village which had a very interesting past as a local steel works with all of the old buildings still standing - great history and all the red wooden buildings made you feel like you were in a little Amish village! We saw virtually no-one while we were there BUT we only used it as a base and to sleep as we were out during the daytime. One thing I would wish for would be a hairdryer (had to dry my hair using the car air vents) and a bath towel each. Neither of these were advertised so it wasn't like they were missing but as we were travelling light and didn't have room for these, they would have been useful for us. English Netflix on the TV was handy. Would definitely return.

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit rapide pour nous reposer lors de notre trajet du retour, mais le gîte a répondu entièrement à nos besoins. la cuisine est bien équipée et le lit est confortable. Merci beaucoup d'avoir accepté ma chienne.

Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables ! Jim a été un hôte exceptionnel, très chaleureux et attentif, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée et notre séjour encore plus plaisants. Le logement est magnifique, parfaitement conforme à la description, avec une atmosphère accueillante et tout le confort nécessaire. Le village, quant à lui, est charmant et plein de caractère, idéal pour se détendre et découvrir la région. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
