Many beautiful small towns to visit including Barolo and Barbaresco.

Sarete gli unici ospiti nella nostra grande casa di campagna, rustica ma affascinante e ricca di particolari d'epoca. A vostra disposizione l'intera porzione di casa già ristrutturata. Ampi spazi per sei persone: un grande salone-camera da letto con camino (letto matrimoniale a baldacchino e un letto singolo); una stanza con altro letto matrimoniale; un letto singolo indipendente; bagno e una grande cucina. Ampi spazi esterni con giardino, portico e vista stupenda.

Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.

The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
