Our spot provides more privacy than beachfront homes. View is breathtaking at all times of day & year. Like us, you may find yourselves choosing the marsh over the beach some days.

Located 1 mile from the ICW and approximately 3 miles from Pawleys Island’s beaches.Plenty of room to park a boat or motorcycles. The studio has a brand new kitchen with new cabinets and appliances, perfect for whipping up a quick breakfast.Historic Georgetown is a quick 15 min.There's also Brookgreen Gardens,and the shops and restaurants of Pawleys Island. Beach chairs & towels and a 2 person kayak available.

The next comment is "I thought we were way out in the country but it's only 20 minutes to the waterfront town of Georgetown, with shops, dining, museums and more. Looking to get away? This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Maggie Jo’s paradise on the river !

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Maggie jo is a 1970 completely restore houseboat. She has got a full size refrigerator , gas range ,microwave and toaster oven. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.

Walk down the holly trail and gather wildflowers, unplug! Chickens & goats range the yard.
