The Hepburn House

The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.

Enjoy the cute little coffee shops of old town Cleveland or drive to the Hiwassee or Ocoee River for an adventure. This space is perfect for a short stay or a longer stay. The comfortable queen size bed has storage space underneath and a 45 inch TV and everything you would need for an enjoyable stay.
