Perfecte uitvalsbasis in Pays Des Collines en ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers, wandelaars en fietsers. Het huisje en zwembad bevinden zich in onze tuin, met zicht op de heuvels en onze boerderijdieren. Het zwembad is verwarmd tijdens het seizoen (afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden van mei/juni tot september). Buiten het seizoen is het zwembad toegankelijk voor de ijsberen!

Binnen een straal van 3 km, kom je 3 kastelen tegen (Leeuwergem,Grotenberge,Zottegem) Of wil je een uitvalsbasis om onze mooie Vlaamse steden te bezoeken zoals Oudenaarde, Gent. On the ground floor you enter the house and you immediately take the stairs to the first floor.There is the bedroom,bathroom and toilet.Then you go upstairs through the fixed attic stairs and you enter the loft.You can stay in this cozy space.You have the seating area,dining table and kitchen area.The door of the large round window brings you to the terrace. You have to climb two stairs to get to the loft.The 2nd bed is in the sittingarea. A little dangerous for children,so only babies allowed.

Visitez le parc Pairi Daiza tout proche (18min), sillonnez notre belle campagne à pied ou à vélo, admirez les châteaux des villages avoisinants. Et, amis de la nature, n'hésitez pas à scruter l'horizon, vous pourriez observer de beaux oiseaux!

Notre ancienne exploitation agricole, reconvertie en maison de charme entourée d’un grand jardin à l’anglaise comprenant un étang, est située à côté d’un joli ruisseau jouxtant des prairies où paissent chevaux et vaches, à quelques encablures du bourg. Notre propriété plaît autant aux voyageurs désireux de découvrir la région qu’aux femmes et hommes d’affaires qui y trouvent quiétude et sérénité. Biévène ( Bever) est située non loin des villes plaisantes d’Enghien, de Lessines et de Grammont.

The studio is located in the Pays des Collines region and very close to the Pairy Daiza park. The accommodation is completely independent of our home, very quiet. On the ground floor: a 16m² bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC. Upstairs: 35 m² with a bedroom area, a lounge area, (fridge, microwave, Nespresso, sink, dishes.) TV and internet. Bed linen and towels available. Eco-friendly air conditioning is powered by a heat pump.
