The Tiny House - AKA "Tree House"

The Tree House / Tiny House is our 200 sq ft guest house, nestled in our private primary residence back yard. This little house has everything you'll need for a short stay. The DOUBLE bed turns into couch. Small Fridge, burner, microwave, coffee maker & other essentials. private toilet and shower (no bathtub). Walking distance to L.O.S.T. Trail which connects to the Arizona Trail, walking distance to bridge that leads to main street and access to wifi, grill, hot tub and private parking.

Stay in a rural, cozy cabin just 30 minutes south of Route 66. The Petrified Forest as well as local lakes, streams, and the White Mountains are just a short drive away. Endless hiking on the nearby Highline or Arizona Trails. Abundant quad/side-by-side and mountain bike trails. Fishing a few feet from the property. Knotty pine interior, pine cabinets, fir wood flooring, large sleeping loft and fully fenced.

1 Bedroom home, with great long-range mountain views. Quiet wooded lot. Great fire pit area. Close to great trails for hiking, ATVs. The house is located on a dirt road. There is parking for at least 4 cars, but a large trailer may be difficult to park. There MAY be a FIRE BAN when you are interested in coming. I will have a sign on the fire pit if I know there is a ban in place.
