Perfect location if you are planning to go to the springs. Peaceful neighborhood. Large fenced in yard for your pups. Easy check-in. The home was clean. Lots of amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Thomas!

The home’s decorations are cohesive and consistent. Windows everywhere including a giant sliding glass door from the 1950s. Kitchen is fully functional. Had a great time just sitting on the dock in the chairs they had all lined up. River looks beautiful especially in the morning. Sat outside multiple nights at the fire pit having an amazing time. Two things somewhat in the area - we did Kayaking at Manatee Springs State Park. Beautiful there! Also did a sunset river cruise on Crystal River. We would’ve done one on the Suwannee but we didn’t plan ahead and everything was booked.

This home is by far the Pearl of the Suwannee! It has a spectacular view with a beautiful exterior and interior designs. All furnishings and appliances are there and in new condition. This home has everything including watercraft, games, grill, cargo elevator and firepit just to mention a few. Bring your toothbrush and you're set. I've enjoyed the Suwannee River Rest many times and highly recommend it and Capt. Cas is an awesome host!

Our second visit did not disappoint. Saw lots of deer, fish, a few small gators. Enjoyed the games at the house on a rainy day. Michelle and Jeff helped shuttle kayaks and our group up river and saved us money on renting a service. Everything at the house was comfortable and our family had a great time.

Comfortable space for a big family with big dogs. The house is really thoughtfully furnished and laid out. You can tell this place is an actual vacation home that Debbie's family really uses and loves, not just a rental.

My family and I had an amazing time in and Theresa's Lodge. It was fully stocked with everything that you need. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was huge and the view and peacefulness was priceless. A lot of great memories were made. We would definitely like to come back one day thank you, Theresa.

We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed the animals and the hay ride. We will definitely be back.

Laura was an excellent host!! Thankfully she had the availability to shift our stay by 1 day. Everything went so smoothly at check-in, no problems there! Don’t worry about carrying everything up those stairs; there is a dumb waiter to help bring up all the many things, you of course, won’t really need. lol Laura’s home was wonderfully decorated and she supplies all the useful items that you will need. Everything was clean and comfortable! Made our sister weekend very enjoyable!!

This place is a hidden gem! Pure beauty and our family had so much fun! Perfect location to experience the pristine water and springs. Even got a visit on the dock from a local Manatee! Such an amazing experience for us! Thank you for opening your home. It had everything we needed and then some! We hope to come back soon :)

What a beautiful very private place . Very peaceful and quiet which was very nice after being in the city of Gainesville . Definitely don't miss out on this little piece of heaven !!!!!!!!! If i am ever back down there I will for sure look up Anabel !!!! 10 out of 10 !!!!

Perfect spot for the location 20 minutes from anything we wanted to do.

What a special place! We had the best time on the river. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! We loved access to the park at the end of the road - we dropped tubes in there and it was about an hour tube ride back to the house. So much fun! We saw otters and so many turtles right from the dock. We will definitely be back!

This was our second stay and we love everything about this spot! It’s a beautiful piece of property with everything you need to sit back and enjoy a weekend away. The host is always incredibly helpful and kind whenever we have had to communicate with them with questions or recommendations. If you’re looking for a place to escape too then you will not be disappointed with this spot! We will certainly be back again as soon as we can!

The place was just as beautiful as we had hoped. Right on the river. There are neighbors, but you have privacy and your own dock. I didn’t want to leave! The home itself was so cozy! But you’ll definitely be spending most of your time outside! Would absolutely come back!

An Exceptional Stay on the River! This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! The host truly went above and beyond — from the high-quality toiletries to the thoughtful touches throughout the space, everything felt a step above the usual. The setting by the river was peaceful and beautiful, and having access to the kayaks was a huge bonus. My family and I had such a great time exploring the water and relaxing in the serene surroundings. It was the perfect mix of comfort, adventure, and hospitality. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend!

We booked Jessica's Cabin for our kids who needed shelter from a hurricane. Jessica was extremely responsive to our questions and immediately accepted our request to book her cabin. While we didn't stay in the cabin ourselves, we heard that it was quaint and, given the circumstances, a lovely place to stay.
