Nice apartment. Nice building. Nice area. Decent view. Check in and check out is easy and instructions regarding your stay are clear. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Everything functions quite well. Location is quite a distance from Heathrow so that’s something to consider if flying from there.

Claire was amazing from start to finish and very responsive to all our requests. Apartment was great and met all our needs. Very engaging and can’t recommend her place highly enough.

The photos don’t do the flat justice! Great flat, spacious, clean and welcoming. Very high standard of towels, bedding and we loved the sofas and coffee machine! Beautiful high ceilings and period features. We’ll definitely want to book again for our visits to Whitstable. Just a walk away from the sea front and Whitstable town.

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

Mariusz was an exceptional host, very responsive and clear. Very accommodating to your needs. Views are amazing, great location to local transport. Has access to a gym. We even extended our stay a couple days and that was very easy. Place was clean and cosy.

I booked France's place for my family to stay over for a week to enjoy London and Sydenham (3 adults). I initially chose her place due to great reviews, good pictures and being close by to where I live - What a fantastic choice! The flat is at a convenient location from the Sydenham station as well as close to local restaurants and shops without being located on a busy road. The bedrooms are spacious and at the back of the house for privacy and peace, which is a huge plus with people waking up at different times a day etc. The overall space and layout is great and functional. The livingroom is absolutely beautiful with big windows, which was something my family enjoyed a lot. Would definitely book again!

Check in was easy and welcoming. Perfect quiet location and right next to the underground station.

We stayed at Bob’s for a month in summer. It was located in a great spot of London with easy access to all other areas by bus and train. The neighbours are quite and friendly. The property feels like home, and was good value for the area. Bob was very proactive with communication and helped us with everything we could have needed. Thanks again for having us!

Harriet's apartment was well situated and suited my needs in every way including being on the ground floor. She offered everything required for my 8 day stay and reminded me that she was only upstairs if I needed anything. She made my stay in London perfect. I highly recommend Harriet's apartment and would gladly stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful flat in an amazing location, right around the corner from the sea front. the apartment is stunningly decorated and features all the amenities you could want. A peaceful, restful stay that I already cannot wait to visit again.

This Brixton home was such a hidden gem! Tucked just behind a lively street lined with shops and restaurants, it felt incredibly peaceful and tranquil—like a quiet retreat in the middle of the city. The location was fantastic: just a short walk to the underground, Brixton Market, cafes, and everything else you might need. What really stood out was the creative and thoughtful decor, especially the bookshelves filled with interesting reads throughout the house—it gave the space a warm, personal touch. The kitchen was well equipped, and the desk setup with strong WiFi made it easy for me to work remotely during my stay. Olivia was a fantastic host—easy to communicate with, and her instructions were clear and simple to follow. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in London!

Stephanie's place is located in a perfect spot - 3 to 10 minues on foot to multiple bus and train services, with a few reataurants or groceries nearby, and yet it is in a quiet location at the Telegraph park, outside of the buzzing downtown. The place itself isn't huge but very cosy, nicely decorated with lots of guide books about London (loved several of them). It is a good choice for a short stay. Stephanie is a very friendly and lovely host, I had always a pleasure chatting with her (and her dog 😃), and getting some local recommendations on what to do. In general our stay was fantastic, I would be glad to return here again one day.

Absolutely brilliant stay at Jon and Kate’s apartment. It was in a quiet neighbourhood, but still close to everything, the place was spotless, very clean and comfortable. Kate and Jon were very responsive and were around to help. Highly recommended.

Undoubtedly professional and sincere hosts during my stay. Both Capital Link and Aleksandra exceeded my expectations with how helpful and responsive they were. The space itself is divine. The bedroom reminds of scenes from the movie ‘Shame’ starring Michael Fassbender… if you know you know!!! Would love to stay again in the future. Ma fille est restée 1 mois et demi dans le logement proposé par Antonio. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de celui-ci qui s’est adapté avec gentillesse à notre arrivée. Le logement est conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Les pièces sont spacieuses, on se sent très à l’aise. Rangements adaptés pour les affaires personnelles dans la chambre et la sdb. L’emplacement est très bien desservi par les lignes de métro et lignes de bus pour se rendre dans le centre de Londres. Plusieurs supermarchés se trouvent à proximité et c’est très pratique. Je recommande à 100% le logement de Antonio…

The place is clean and very bright. The location is a short walk to Angel or Shoreditch. I’d highly recommend it.

Exceptional accommodation! I simply could not recommend this apartment high enough. The host was very responsive, helpful and great with recommendations. He even left us fresh bread, milk, butter, an overflowing fruit bowl and fresh flowers which I thought was a lovely touch. We had our 10 year old twins with us, they thought the place was super cool and loved the fact that the pool was literally metres from our front door. It was also perfect for children in that there was every kitchen pot, pan and utensil you could think of there so cooking was a breeze, plus there is a Tesco express 2-3 mins walk away for any groceries. The place was spotlessly clean. The living area and kitchen are the perfect layout for lounging and entertaining with friends and family. Location wise I also thought it was spot on in that it was only 2-3 minutes walk to the nearest tube station. Lastly I must note the mattress in the main bedroom, probably thee most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on.

We enjoyed staying at Claudia’s space. Claudia has been proactive in communications and accommodated our needs. We appreciate the support.

John is a fantastic host-he went above and beyond and was extremely responsive to messages. We couldn’t work out the cooker (the timer needs to be set) and John was helping out despite the late time of messaging. We loved the recommended Sushi restaurant. The views from the apartment are amazing-we loved just popping out on the balcony. Location wise it was ideal. The main station Blackwall is a short walk away (6 ish mins) and the nearest underground Canary Wharf is around 20 mins which served us well. 😊

We loved staying at Lisa's place, it was a great location as I was attending a course at the Greenwich Naval College. Handy shops, local rail transport nearby and Greenwich was fab. The weather was glorious and there were many great places to explore and enjoy. Check in and out was simple and Lisa was generous in offering us a much later check out and also providing us with a welcome package of food. Would love to come back for another stay.

Apartment was exactly as described. It was clean, bright, quiet and well located close to transportation and shopping. Check in/out was seamless. Communication with Noah was easy. We would definitely stay here again!
