Josie and Neil welcome you to Hetherington Downs, their quiet 42 acre North Waikato rural property, set well away from the road & with magnificent views over Lake Waahi and beyond It is a 10m x 3m self contained Compac cabin with a 10m x 3m deck Wifi has only recently been connected to the cabin There is no TV It is most suitable for a couple, but also has a pull out sofa bed (& folding mattress) for your use if required The cabin was new in June 2017 and has now been set up for Airbnb guests

You’ll love my place because of your own private BBQ and outdoor area. Clean and modern unit, in a nice central location.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Our apartment is suitable for self isolation, the only criteria being previous good reviews from airbnb hosts.

Relax and unwind in this beautiful studio apartment. Enjoy the view of Moonlight Bay, and the tranquil surrounds of native bush and bird song. Take the private walkway to the bay for a swim, or see it from a different perspective using the kayaks provided for guests. Vibrant Raglan township is a quick five minute car trip (or enjoy the 30 minute walk), where you can find great restaurants, cafes, beaches, and other amenities. Walk along the beach to The Wharf for fish and chips at low tide.

The cottage offers an open living area, separate bedroom, bathroom and a private patio-area, all crafted with sustainable materials. The cottage is located in the back of our family property with private access and carpark. We provide fresh linen and towels, tea & coffee, and basic cooking facilities.

Ellery East Escape

A great place for couples or families to escape from the hustle and bustle. Tucked away down the end of a driveway this private two bedroom unit can accommodate two couples(1 king, 1 queen) or a family of four (1 queen, 2 singles). Fabulous, fresh, well equipped space situated just off the Te Awa River trail, a 3 minute drive to the amazing Hakarimata Ranges. 20 mins to central Hamilton, 40 mins to Raglan - a great central location to many wonderful Waikato spots. BBQ avail on request.

Large grounds, central to local bush walks, cafes, the local 4square supermarket and a 10min drive to Hamilton shopping centre The Base or 15min drive into the city centre. 2bdrm unit with 2 queen beds. Seperate toilet as well as toilet in main bathroom, single garage for parking or to store bikes etc. portacot available if required. Lots of parking available for motor homes etc. near new unit with open plan living and large decking area.

Located on a quiet street close to Rototuna Village, this guest suite is perfect for singles, couples and business travellers. The room is spacious, has a queen bed, fold out couch if needed (linen for this $15 extra charge) and a new, stylish bathroom. We have a free carpark space available for you, as well as there’s free roadside car parking. Note: this room does not have cooking facilities. It is also more suitable for those with their own car, unless they would like to use the bus.

We have a lovely, spacious one bedroom Apartment, with large shower and separate toilet, in the lovely quiet and safe village of Te Kowhai, with a Café, Dairy, Fruit/Vegetable and Fish and Chip shop, all within a 2 minute walk. The Apartment is self contained with separate entry and carport and plenty of parking for visitors. Apartment is cleaned to recommended COVID19 standards. Key will be left inside and the apartment unlocked. Please note our listing is not suitable for pets.

Karearea Farm Cottage

Karearea Cottage is on 4 acres with a horse and pony next to the cottage. We are central to the Waikato, minutes from the Waikato Expressway/SH1 - approx. an hours drive to Auckland, west coast surfing/fishing beaches like Raglan, 90 mins to east coast Coromandel's world renowned beautiful beaches, a short drive to Hakarimata bushwalks with 800 year old Kauri, Golf Course, Hot Pools, Huntly Speedway, 20 minutes to Hamilton, Hampton Downs Raceway, and lovely cafe's a short drive.

Nestled at the foot of the Hakarimata range, the cabin is completely private and separate from the hosts residence. It is the perfect retreat, a place to break up your journey or as a base for the many tourist, cycling or walking activities the Waikato has to offer. The cabin has a queen-sized bed with ensuite. The kitchenette has gas hobs with small fridge, kettle, toaster, and all basic utensils. Milk, tea and coffee are included. There’s wifi and a TV with Chromecast.

Enjoy the valley views and birdlife on this organic property. The stylish room is private and sunny, perfect for a relaxing weekend. It is located next to a small reserve and the Waitetuna River. You can choose to explore the forest walks 5 mins drive away in Waitetuna Valley, sit beside the river on the reserve or take a small trip to Raglan and its surf beaches. The studio is just 15 minutes from Raglan and 30 minutes from central Hamilton and on the bus route.
