This is a true tiny house just a few minutes from beautiful Lake Hamilton! The cabin is about 350sq ft. with a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and loft. Approximately 15 minutes from Historic Downtown Hot Springs. Maximum occupancy at anytime in the cabin is 3. There are 2 twin mattresses in the loft. There is NOT a hide-a-bed sofa. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

The Cabin at Lick Creek is located just off highway 8 in Norman. The cabin is one room with a bathroom and screened in porch. The bed is queen size. We have a sleeper sofa. The kitchen has a mini fridge, convection oven, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The screened in back porch had string lights and an outdoor table. Located outside is a fire pit with chairs, a bbq grill, and crystal cleaning station.

Overlooking Caddo River. We are in the middle of the tiny town of Norman, home to the states smallest public library. We also have a Dollar General, a Post Office, & a General Store. Pets are welcome, but we do ask that you clean up after them, keep them on leashes when outside, don't leave them unattended unless they are in a carrier, and please do not allow them on beds or furniture.
