Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. The studio is located in the center of Paroikia. It is ideal for couples and friends alike. The decoration is simple, with traditional touches. Outside there are stone tables and chairs to enjoy your breakfast. Still, the garden has olive trees that offer shade and relaxation. At 30 meters there is a super market. Within a 5-minute walk you will find yourself on the main beach of the island.

Kiter's paradise beach house is a cosy place to relax. It has an amazing view to Antiparos island. Our villa is located in walking distance (700m) from Pounta, the best place to kite. Access Antiparos island by foot, we are 100m far from the ferry. Sauna is provided on demand, for an additional charge.
