This unit was perfect for my stay, it was in a great location and had lovely amenities. The home was clean and fresh on arrival and the bed was very comfortable. I hope to be able to stay again next time I’m in Ballarat. Thanks for having me Linda ☺️

The apartment is very well appointed and is as beautiful as it looks from the photos. There are many nice touches, the furnishings are very tasteful and the furniture comfortable. I particularly liked the shower. It is in a great area, in a quiet street close to the town centre and an easy walk to many cafes and restaurants. There were few provisions in the kitchen but it had the basics for guests who want to cook. Lauren and Dean were keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible, replying promptly to messages and being very responsive to our requests. They could not have been better hosts.

The house was absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The location was also very strategic, with easy access to shops and cafes. Highly recommended!

Lovely little place which was great for a friend and I to stay the night before Ballarat Marathon. Linda was helpful and super responsive. Only bad side for us was the price clearly went up quite a lot (I’m assuming because of the marathon and lack of available accommodation in the area), any other time it looks like it costs about a third of what we paid. So value for money for us is wasn’t great but it is what it is. Place was cute enough to stay again.

A quiet well maintained property with charm. Extra blankets plus effective heating and great information for local sites and eating opportunities. Everything you need.

So impressed with Lisa’s place. Was just like staying at a friend’s house. Funky and comfortable decor, everything clean and functional, kitchen fully equipped including dishwasher, great tv and lots of games and books for kids and big kids. Couldn’t fault it. Oh and the beds are very comfy and it’s nice and quiet. This was our first trip to Ballarat and the location was a great base- we would love to stay again!

Very communication host from get go despite last minute booking. Instructions of check in are very clear and convenient touchpad passwords. It situated at first house of the villa compound. Having dedicated parking space is great. Once inside, house is clean with all the necessity and we feel like home. It was chilly night but central reverse cycle AC did the job when all rooms are opened. Heat in the shower and water pressure is a little challenge but we got there in the end. Overall, great stay, kind host and lovely place! 100% recommended.

This warm and cozy terrace is perfectly located in the heart of Ballarat, close to everything you need. Danial is super responsive and genuinely friendly — always there when you need him. Highly recommended!

Beautifully put together place, very well presented and very clean. Small fridge - freezer but manageable. Bathroom was very clean, and shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided. There are a lot of other apparements in a close space but it is great for a short stay. All communication was prompt and clear. I would definitly stay there again.

everything was as publised. highly recomended place to stay. I only had one issue: in the email they sent me the wrong password to get the keys but that was an opportunity for them to show the great service they have as in the email they sent the contact mumbers and when I called the security guard came in 5 min and assisted me to get the keys. The house is fully equiped as described, everything was as new and clean. great place.
