Little Saltspring bijou seaside home near Arundel

A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. Our annexe in Goring-by-Sea has its own entrance and has a fully equipped kitchen, ensuite shower room and Wifi. The beach is a 5 min walk, close to the popular Sea Lane Cafe. Ideally located for Worthing, the Beach and the South Downs. Free on road parking. Minimum 2 night stay.
