Everything was seamless and Stijn was a wonderful host. Made everything easy and enjoyable. It’s a lovely cozy home!

Beautiful, artistic, serene loft apartment. Looks exactly like photos- lovely decor and art, big open windows, gorgeous kitchen and furniture, immaturely clean. We especially loved the small patio overlooking the canal- so peaceful for breakfast or a glass of wine, we watched local kids and families swim and boat late into the summer evenings. Chantal was very responsive and helpful. I lost my passport, and she and her friend went above and beyond to help me find it. The neighborhood is very cool- feels more local than touristy- and a beautiful place to explore with some adorable small restaurants. It’s only a 5 minute walk to a grocery store and a great shopping area, and a 25-min walk to Anne Frank House and lots of other popular places. Also easy to catch buses/trams. The only difficult thing was that we had to share one key, which got a little tricky when we wanted to go different directions. But otherwise, I LOVED this place and would highly recommend it!

We had a lovely time in Amsterdam of which the accommodation played a big hand in the overall experience as it was exactly what we were looking for in a place to stay. Marie-Sophie took the time to check us in personally and let us know all the essential details regarding the apartment and the surrounding area. All in all, we would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in Amsterdam and to not be too central to the city centre. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Christine hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und alles erklärt. Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Es war alles blitzsauber und gemütlich. Das Bett war bequem. Wir haben die Möglichkeit des zweiten Bettes im Wohnzimmer genutzt, das war bequemer. Alles war vorhanden um selber zu kochen. Zum willkommen waren Wasser, Wein, Kaffee, Honig usw vorhanden. Absolut top. Direkt um die Ecke waren zwei Supermärkte, die jeden Tag geöffnet waren. Die Bahnstation lag ca 15 Minuten entfernt. In zwei Stationen war man Amsterdam Centrum. Die Wohnung ist nachts ruhig, tagsüber hat man etwas Umgebungsgeräusche. Die Einflugschneise vom Flughafen stört nicht, da nachts nicht geflogen wird. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für diese Wohnung und die wunderbare Gastgeberin. Sie war jederzeit zu erreichen und schon im Vorfeld proaktiv mit allen Informationen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Es waren tolle 3 Tage. Benno wohnt im gleichen Haus und war sofort erreichbar. Ein sehr netter Mensch. Sehr gute Anbindung, um in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Sehr ruhiger Innenhof. Gerne wieder. Viele Grüße, Sonja, Josephine und Chris

I had a great stay at Tony’s cool apartment. The place was in a perfect location for me, calm enough to do work during the day and peacefully quiet for a good night’s sleep. An easy walk to the tourist areas nonetheless and right around the corner from the tram stops. The place was super spacious for me as a solo traveller and the layout was very convenient. Even the stairs, though steep, were not too crazy by Amsterdam standards. Also, despite some rainy weather I enjoyed the beautiful view from the rooftop and it’s a nice feature. I didn’t cook anything complicated, but the kitchen is fully equipped and has all the miscellaneous items you would need. I loved the chic styling and the sitting area for watching TV was really comfy. The nice bed and a good shower are other notable elements. Tony was very communicative regarding the arrival details and everything went perfectly with meeting his friend for the keys and the walkthrough. Overall, a great place and a very considerate host.

We loved our stay at Vanessa’s stylish and very comfortable apartment. We were a family of 4, travelling with 2 teenage sons, and the apartment really exceeded our expectations. Really well kitted out with many thoughtful touches. Our boys loved the punching bag (they both agree this is the best AirBnb we’ve ever stayed at!). It was nice to be able to cook a meal in the really well appointed kitchen. It felt like a very residential/local part of Amsterdam but was very close to the centre of the city. Easy to walk in but plenty of public transport options too. Vanessa couldn’t have been more helpful - proactively reaching out before we arrived and was there to greet us and show us around. Lots of great local tips too. Highly recommend as a comfortable and unique place to stay.

Beautiful loft apartment! Highly recommend staying at Laurens’ place - it is a beautifully decorated, spacious loft apartment with everything you need for a short or long stay. Lovely shower / bath tub as well. The location is a short Uber ride from central AMS. Note that this is on the 3rd floor walk up (with additional stairs in the apartment to get to the shower room). Wasn’t a problem for us though!

Super beliggenhet og verten var grei å ha med å gjøre når det kom til fleksibel innsjekk og utsjekk. Stedet ligger midt i sentrum med gangavstand til det meste, men dette betyr også at det er litt mer bråk fra gatene.

Michelle and Marc's place was absolutely lovely. Spacious with excellent and tasteful furnishings. It is located in an ideal area -- a quick tram (or even walk) to the center, but in an area that prides itself on being quiet and peaceful. Michelle was quick to respond to any query we had, and provided us with many suggestions throughout our stay in Amsterdam. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants access to the center with the peace and comfort of home.

My wife and I had visited Amsterdam to celebrate our wedding anniversary and found the perfectly-peaceful, romantic loft right outside the main city centre. Tatjana was an incredible host with timely & friendly responses. We felt very lucky to find this listing! We arrived to a very clean & cozy space after a brief walk up some fairly steep stairs (just an FYI to older/less mobile guests) to the 3rd floor. The lighting was awesome and the space was even larger than the pictures depict. The bathroom was very comfortable with great temperature and water pressure in the shower. The Wi-Fi was strong and handled streaming movies very well. The kitchen was fully stocked and pristine, as well. Great couch and kitchen table, too! We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to be back for a visit soon! Thanks again, Tatjana!

We stayed for 3 nights and had no complaints. Easy to get to from the airport (Uber and public transport is cheap), the location itself is a 3 minute walk from the nearest tram station that can take you to central, or if you’re up for it a 30 minute walk to central. Also close to main attractions like Vondelpark which is a 20 minute walk from here and Anne Franks House. It’s a quiet little area, it’s what you need. Annah is an angel, she gives you clear instructions, she helps you with anything you need, pretty quick response time, gives out recommendations and she’s just a nice person to talk to. For coffeeshops the location has 2 nearby, 1 is called Millennium coffeeshop (5 mins away, cash only) and The Dream Coffeeshop (10 mins away). I would recommend The Dream Coffeeshop, have been there 3 times to chill out during my stay. Would stay here again!

Love the flat, the neighborhood, and Linda! She was so warm and welcoming and always responsive to any questions. The flat is absolutely gorgeous. The design is modern but still very comfortable and inviting. Biggest kitchen and bathroom of any place I’ve ever stayed at in Amsterdam. Don’t miss out on Bad Huis just around the corner. Terrific food and a wonderful place to relax and feel like a part of the neighborhood. It’s right across from the tram stop for the 14 tram. Will absolutely stay here again!

Charlotte was a fantastic host and extremely communicative from the start. She went above and beyond helping us identify a bike rental that provided children seats prior to our arrival. The place was fantastic for our 20 month old. Charlotte was kind enough to provide a high chair, a few toys, and children plates/utensils. We were able to keep an eye on her with the open space and there were plenty of parks within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.
