Ideal for couples, small families, and guests travelling with dogs, with cosy nights by the wood fire and slow mornings on the verandah.

Leyden's Cottage

Period mud brick cottage originally built sometime before or around 1900 with family history stretching back five generations and the gold rush. It is set on a property of nearly 30 acres with abundant wildlife and scenery. It is located approximately 5-6 kms from the township of Avoca Victoria and it is within walking distance of a couple of local wineries and the Percydale historic area. It is isolated from any close neighbours and you do not have to share facilities with any other guests.

St Andrew’s Eddington 1863

Close proximity to Maldon and Castlemaine, Eddington is a small hamlet in the Central Goldfields region. St Andrew’s is located in a peaceful setting surrounded by pastures. The 163 year old former church has been sympathetically restored to its former glory. The property has a minimalistic but warm ambience and includes two bedrooms and bathrooms, incorporating a loft area. St Andrew’s is surrounded by a 90 tree olive grove and includes a large outdoor table and entertainment area.

The lounge room section includes a double futon which can be easily converted into a second bed. The perfect stop over spot or destination for a weekend in the country. St Arnaud has some cute cafe’s, a couple of great pubs. It is a must see on the Silo Art Trail, with artworks located throughout the town.
