The kitchen is on the ground floor, by the outside stairs you get to the first floor where the 1st bedroom with a bathroom is and again by stairs you get to the second floor where the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom are located. Close to the beach, only 5 minutes’ walk to the first beach. Close parking

Stan se nalazi na 2. katu, ima 52 kvadrata. Ima dvije spavaće sobe te jednu kupaonicu, kuhinju(kompletno oprmeljenu), hodnik i dnevni boravak. Ima pristup internetu te dvije televzije. Pušenje je dozvoljeno. Stan se nalazi 1 minutu od samog centra grada gdje možete pronaći razne restorane, trgovine i sve što vam treba.

Za sve one koji istinski vole prirodu i u stanju su živjeti u skladu s njom, u srcu šume, 3 km od sela, 10 km od trajektnog pristaništa Valbiska, 12 km od grada Krka, 10-15 minuta pješke kroz šumsku stazu do jedne od plaža uvale Čavlena, u oazi mira, nalazi se mala kućica. Kućica se snadbijeva solarnom energijom te je stoga električna energija ograničena, dok je voda kišnica i upotrebljava se isključivo za higijenske potrepštine.
