The complex comprises 10 spacious apartments in Vir. Each apartment is 70m2 and equipped with 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, living room, equipped kitchen, centrally heated with underfloor heating, AC, wi-fi, heated outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) and grill. The rooftop top on two building has sitting area and jacuzzi available for all the guests ( seasonal). The property is located in a prestigious location only 400 m away from the sea and the beach. There is also a grocery store nearby ( 50m)

Villa Franci moderano je uređeni dom te je otvoren tijekom cijele godine tako da je ovo zasigurno idealno mjesto kako za obitelji sa djecom ili za parove, tako i za solo avanturiste ili poslovne putnike, a i vaši krzneni prijatelji (kućne ljubimce) su više nego dobrodošli. Studio apartment for 2 persons is located in our family house, in the ground floor. It has one large bed, small kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace in front of the apartment. The beach is just in front of the house. Bakery and stand with fruits and vegetables are 200m from the apartment. The house is located 15 minutes light walk to the town center. The price includes private parking, air-conditioning, unlimited WiFi, SAT/TV, cleaning fees and local tourist tax.

Sunny apartment located first row to the sea, has two bedrooms, kitchen, toilet and two nice terraces. In front of the house there is a private deck for enjoying the sun and swimming. The nearest beach is 1 minute walk away and the famous Zrće beach in Novalja is 15 min car journey away. There is a shop 5 minute walk to the apartment.

Iznajmljuje se apartman u stambenoj zgradi, pogodan za 4-članu obitelj,veličina apartmana je 54 m2, blizina pješčane plaže 300 m, blizina samog centra mjesta 1100 m. Osiguran ograđeni parking uz sami apartman. Mogućnost korištenja roštilja, WiFi. Predivan pogled na Paški zaljev sa balkona. Dobro došli.
