There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The house is located in the heart of of Grado island, in a quiet area of villas and gardens. The apartment, just 100m from the lagoon and 200m from the sea, overlooks the well-kept and shaded garden and it is equipped with outdoor table, chairs, umbrella and bike parking. ALL are welcome in our house, without distinctions, even fury friends.

Parcheggio custodito a richiesta. Di recente l' arredamento è stato rinnovato e si è creata un'ottima insonorizzazione dell'appartamento.
