If you want a relaxing and peaceful getaway, while enjoying the beautiful Lake Huron beach and it’s famous sunsets, then this is definitely the cottage for you. If you would rather be loud, noisy and just want to party, then I ask that you please look somewhere else as there are many long term residents in this area.

Southcott Pines is nestled in the forest on the shores of Lake Huron between Grand Bend & the Pinery and is an idyllic oasis with winding streets, an extensive tree canopy, walking trails and a private beach with a sandy & shallow shore line. Its also within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, coffee shop/bakery, bike paths, hiking, dog friendly beaches & the amenities of Grand Bend.

Enjoy your getaway in beautiful Grand Bend Ontario! Summer bookings in July and August are Friday to Friday weekly bookings ( 7 night minimum). The bungalow is comfortable and spacious. It is perfect for families, couples and small groups. Situated next to Pinery Provincial Park where you can enjoy a long hike on the numerous trails amongst the tall trees, birds and wildlife. The cottage comfortably sleeps guests in a private bedroom or an open loft each with a queen bed.

Then a 5 minute drive to Main Street with cool restaurants, boutique shops, and access to the boardwalk and public beach. If you just want to stay in, the cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ and entertainment area. This cottage can accommodate up to a max of 10 adults and 4 children.

Relax surrounded by tall oaks and mature trees. Just a short 2 minute drive to Port Franks private beach where you can enjoy beautiful Lake Huron. Make sure to also check out Ipperwash Beach (10 minutes) and Grandbend Beach (15 minutes). Enjoy a bonfire or bbq and make memories with family and friends .

Large comfortable cottage located within the private Southcott pines subdivision of Grand Bend is the perfect spot for 1-2 families to retreat to. It is a 5 minute walk to a private sandy beach for fun in the sun and beautiful sunsets. Cottage has lots of natural light including a beautiful 3 season sun room which has open air screened windows to enjoy your morning coffee in or your evenings bug free. Summer 2025 availablility: Aug 17th to 20th (3 Nights)
