The Bungalow has a full kitchen, memory foam queen bed, bathroom with shower, patio and parking. We love creating a special place for all our guests. Relax and enjoy 5 acres of expansive views of the mountains and treetops! The house is surrounded by pine and oak trees with lots of privacy. Perfect family or couples getaway but still close to town. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfy! The kitchen is fully equipped. We are about 15 minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Yuba River, mountain biking, and hiking are about 20 minutes away from the house. Skiing is about 50 miles away.

Sweet 101 is a bright, clean and private Bungalow in walking distance to downtown Grass Valley and the Nevada County Fairgrounds. The Bungalow sleeps 2 but could accommodate up to 4. Full kitchen and bathroom. Wifi and TV provided. On and off street parking. Located less than a block from a large City park with great play equipment for the kids. Complimentary local coffee and treats. Both of the host are local business owners and available to share info on the area.
