Like previous reviews, Haywards Cottage is a gorgeous step back in time but with all the necessities to make for a truly relaxing stay. The property itself is huge with gorgeous gardens and we loved sitting on the front verandah in the sunshine with a glass of wine. Sharon is lovely and we appreciated the early check in. A block from Rylstone Main Street so walkable to cafes, pubs and restaurants. Thanks Sharon, we had a lovely stay.

Exemplary and well presented cottage style - so very well renovated. Spacious and well appointed bedrooms - beds were very comfortable and warm. Whole house was a real treat to stay and relax in. Kitchen had everything you need to self cater. Excellent host who made sure we were welcome and had everything we needed. Even a special delivery late at night with an extra medical kit due to one of us having an accident (our own fault!)! We were very comfortable and appreciated the offer-street parking for our three cars. To top it off the welcome pack was perfect - very discerning!

We absolutely loved this house, we had 10 people and then another came with us. It fits 12 people comfortably. There are 3 gorgeous spacious bathrooms. Our dog had an absolute ball running around outside It was a very welcoming space, beautifully decorated and wonderfully stocked. We hope to go back

Rob’s place was fantastic! It had everything we needed and more. Location was excellent. Nice and quiet street but 30 min walk to centre of town. Rob was an excellent communicator and very proactive with all the details required for checkin.

Had a terrific time at Mediterranean escape the house was perfect. So big for our extended family we were able to spread out. Corinne’s home was so inviting and had a great backward for pets and a pool for kids although it wasn’t the time of year for too much pool time only 1 fish. Corinne’s house had so many surprises installed for us like a welcome basket and milk in fridge we didn’t have to buy toilet paper there was sufficient and condiments and tea making very generous, everything was provided, shower accessories above and beyond sufficient including great products, and the surprise in bathroom drawer if we were caught out lovely thought., washing powder and pegs you don’t know how that was such a plus for us. Kids toys and scooters were great and games were fun to play with not much tv went on. Kitchen was very well equiped with lots of tablets for dishwasher. Loved the place. Kangaroos on golf course was ++. Downside no light on bbque. Not enough globes in lamps.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Banyandah. It was a lovely place to stay and we would love to return. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The heated pool was absolutely fantastic and made our stay even more special. The house was spacious, clean, and surrounded by nature, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere. It was such a joy to wake up in the morning and see kangaroos nearby! The host was very kind and provided clear and helpful instructions, which made everything smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again!

Our stay was fantastic, the house was exactly what we needed with plenty of space. We will definitely stay again on our next trip.

We had a lovely stay at Mortimer’s studio AirBnb. The place was very clean and cosy - we loved having dinner on the deck overlooking the beautiful vineyard, and snuggling up on the couch with the indoor fireplace. The place was very private, however we did often hear people walking around in the upstairs airbnb. This wasn’t ideal, but it didn’t detract from our time here. It was a bit windy to get a fire started in the fire pit, but we’d definitely stay here again just to sit amongst the vineyards with a glass of wine and the fire pit!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Short walk into the centre of town but still a very peaceful location. Accomodation was well appointed, clean and lovely and warm on the cooler nights. The bed was extremely comfortable too! Great place - would definitely stay again.

Both Lorna and Graeme were absolutely lovely, friendly, charming and so interesting about the history of Dubbo and its surrounding community. We so enjoyed meeting them and being able to enjoy their truly beautiful garden. Their kindness and generosity will be long remembered.

The house was spotless and did not disappoint. It was easy to find and close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The view from the balcony was stunning and overall it was a really relaxing stay. Sarah was quick to respond to any questions and checked in to make sure everything was up to standard. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits Bathurst.

A beautifully-located cabin in the greater Turon Gates landscape, full of rustic charm and country experiences. The dog-safe garden is a fantastic amenity, and the views are spectacular - with stunning sunsets just over the hill, and plenty of wildlife all around. We’ve stayed in many of the Turon Gates cabins over the years, and the family rates this as one of the best.

Family of four. We had a lovely time at The Loft in Turon. What we liked Location is great The abundance of bird life, we’ve been staying at Turon since 2006 and I think this is the first time I’ve seen or maybe paid attention to the abundance of birds. Well equipped with things to entertain the kids board games, movies, books etc Kitchen well stocked for utensils and condiments Dog amenities also good Amazing water pressure and gas hot water for a cabin in the bush Hosts communicated well What could be better There are a few small maintenance issues during our stay flagged with the hosts to address. I wasn’t a fan of the mattress ( too firm/ hard) which made sleep a little less restful than expected for me. It appears the people before us didn’t do a very good job cleaning the BBQ, but that’s easy enough to do.

Beautifully presented and well set up tiny home. The kitchen had all the amenities you'd need to prepare a meal even down to baking paper and cling film. The living room was very spacious and homely. The firepit is fantastic and had ample Firewood for our two night stay. Even the BBQ was spotless clean (which almost never happens). I would say that internet is patchy (both WiFi and mobile) however that's part of the appeal and didn't bother us. The noise from the nearby road was a a bit louder than expected but relatively easy to tune out. Tamara was also very communicative and helpful during our stay, and feeding the cows was a highlight. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend.

We stayed for one night in this Airbnb, and it was an amazing experience! The two-person jacuzzi and the walk-in shower facing each other made the stay even more special. Everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our time here. Thank you!

Such a magical spot! The cabin is so cozy, with the perfect sunny balcony for relaxing and watching the bush. Joel and Andrea were friendly, and Joel's guided wildlife walk was such a highlight. Can't wait to return!

Our stay at Fiona’s place was absolutely unforgettable! The property was even more charming than we imagined—nestled in a stunning setting with the sweetest goats and wild kangaroos roaming freely. Waking up to such peaceful surroundings felt like a dream. The accommodation itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Fiona was a wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and full of great local tips. She made sure we were comfortable while also giving us space to enjoy the tranquility of the area. Our kids loved the goats (they’re so friendly!) and watching the kangaroos hop by at dusk was something we’ll never forget. If you’re looking for a unique, nature-filled getaway, this is the place!
