Vine cottage is a spacious but cosy two bedroom self contained annex that sleeps 4 people . Based in the lovely village of Yaxley, it is quiet and rural but close to travel links and local attractions. The Village is within easy access to the A1 and is also very close to the East of England Showground, we are very close to a large shopping centre and a great choice of take aways and restaurants. Vine cottage is a stone throw from a lovely village pub, pizza and Indian restaurant and cocktail bar

Light & airy (redecorated Mar ‘23) house with secure off-road parking. Fully equipped kitchen including a washer/dryer, dishwasher & full-size fridge-freezer. Living room has TV, DVD & Sky TV. Beautiful views across the farm to see the animals:Reindeer, Emu, Ostrich, Rhea, Llama, Camels & Alpaca.

The Barn. Hot tub optional extra.

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

Guesthouse sleeps 6 adults

Light, airy, spacious guesthouse built onto our home. Completely private with all amenities of a self catering home. We have friendly dogs that do have access our garden daily and will join you on your veranda off the main bedroom if they are outside. The village has alot of fabulous walks in the area and we have leaflets/maps in the house for your reference. A lively pub just a stride away with live entertainment most weekends. Visitors of our guests must be named and agreed prior to arrival

The Grange (Annex Apartment)

The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.

Our bright and airy studio apartment has been described as 'a peace of heaven' by our guests. Its well fitted kitchen, great rain shower and exceptionally comfortable bed makes your stay wonderful. A very spacious property with a secure garden on the edge of riverside town St. Ives. We have furnished the property to a high standard to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is close to Huntingdon, Cambridge and Ely, and London is only just over an hour journey from Huntingdon train station. Experiences with our award winning herd of pedigree cattle can also be available, please enquire in advance to ensure availability.

Wheelwright's Cottage

The cottage is a self contained unit with it's own garden. On street parking is available and the local pub is two doors away. It is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside and the local historic towns of Oundle and Stamford.

Holly House Annexe

This 750 sq ft self-contained private annexe is found in a pretty village right in the countryside. A very friendly English pub/restaurant is just a 5 minutes walk away and has an EV charge point. There are plenty of countryside walks right from the house.
