Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat
Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

The Cob: stunning conversion in idyllic village
The Cob is a self contained, newly renovated characterful detached annex to the left of our house, The Old Bakery. It is adjacent to well established "The Bakehouse" Airbnb. Situated in an idyllic quiet position overlooking historic Thriplow's village green. Just a minute's walk and you reach the award winning community run gastro pub or well stocked village shop. Only 8 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for visiting or working in the city or the surrounding area and 2 miles from IWM Duxford.

You’ll feel like you’re in a peaceful country hideaway whilst also being very well-located for access to central Cambridge, Addenbrookes Hospital, Genome and Babraham Campuses.

A 10 minute walk to the Coton Orchard garden centre, farm shop , cafe and Post Office .A 5 minute drive to a local supermarket and Park and Ride-bus takes 8 mins to Cambridge .

It is located 0.7 miles from Addenbrookes Hospital and the Biomedical Campus, 1.9 miles from Cambridge Station and 2.4 miles from the city centre. The house has 2 stunning double bedrooms, an open plan state-of-the-art kitchen/diner/living area complete with sofa bed. There is off street parking in front of the property for 2 cars. For transit around the city, regular buses are 2 minutes walk from the house.

Meadow cottage has been designed and built for the holiday market. Everything has been thought of to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is fully equipped and basic cooking ingredients supplied. The bathrooms also are supplied with toiletries. A large garden with decking and outside seating and a large off road carpark for 4/5 cars. On request and with enough notice, there maybe a possibility to accommodate one more guest at a cost of £45 per night.

Only three miles from the historic town centre, Annexe No 9 is ideally placed for both work and tourism.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located recently renovated 2 bedroom home originally built in the 1800s. Located within a 5-minute walk of the bustling Mill Road, Cambridge which has a wide variety of supermarkets, butchers, coffee shops and local restaurants. There is a small private garden accessible via bi-fold glass doors which open from the fully equipped kitchen into the garden. All in all a modern and very comfortable small home.
