Nestled in the Summer Hill gated community at Lake Glenville, the main level has an open living area with a large sectional couch, breakfast bar off the kitchen, and dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV. The loft functions as a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. The sleeping areas have separate entrances to a shared bathroom. There is an upper and lower deck, gas and wood burning fire pits, charcoal grill, Green Egg, and a hammock to hang outdoors.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances including a Keurig, microwave oven, and toaster. The Lake House sits on a quiet road but is convenient to both I-40 and the Parkway in Sevierville.

Welcome to PaddleFin! You will enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views from the large deck on the house and a deck close to the water. This is a peaceful retreat - cell phone service is not available or very limited, no Wi-Fi, and no TV service. We allow A MAXIMUM of 4 guests! There is one king bed and one queen bed. We currently have two kayaks (one single and one two-person), two paddleboards, and a canoe available for use by our guests. Paddles and life jackets are included.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Hillside Hideaway is the perfect place for your family get-away...a welcoming and beautifully decorated true rustic mountain cabin. 3 king beds and 1 queen sofa bed! Hillside Hide-away is minutes to restaurants, Little river public access and amenities by car, about 20 minutes into Cades Cove, about 15 minutes into the Wears Valley area and about 30-40 minutes to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and Gatlinburg! Cabin fireplace is inoperable.
