Little foxes was a dream come true. Area was peaceful and lovely views. The apartment was top spec in every way. Comfortable bed, immaculate, well thought out design. Every thing supplied including umbrella even though we didn’t need it . Can’t wait to be back again! Straightforward Communication/instructions by host for smooth entry.

The Loft is a beautiful place for two people to stay - the most has been made of the light-filled space, and it feels very modern and clean, yet cosy and welcoming at the same time. Everything is of good quality, and thoughtful touches like a supply of tea-bags, milk, sugar and a complementary bottle of Prosecco were appreciated. It’s in a very peaceful spot, but there is plenty to do and see within walking distance, and it’s close to Blakeney Quay with good restaurants and local shops. We loved it!

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. This house was absolutely perfect for the 6 of us. It is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with everything we could need for our stay. There is so much space and lovely comfy large sofas. The bedrooms are immaculate and having en-suite for each one was a real treat! We were very lucky with the weather and managed to sit out in the garden in the sun. The location is incredible being just a few minutes walk from the beach and in the heart of Southwold. We will definitely be back as we all felt it was a luxurious stay in our favourite place! We had a bit of trouble working the heating when we arrived but help came very quickly once we contacted Durrants and it was all sorted.

Lovely dog friendly little cottage. independent check in. Rebecca made sure to say a quick hi and make sure everything was ok. Highly recommended.

Had a very comfortable stay here for a couple of nights whikst working in the area. Debbie and Ian were very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place and I will look to stay here again if in the area.

Julie and Graham were great hosts, we was greeted when we arrived and made to feel very welcome, we were given some tips on some places we may like to visit Julie assured us if there was anything we needed let them know, on entering the Bothy it was clear they had thought of every thing, above and beyond what we could have exspected, the welcome pack was a lovely touch, some essentials that we had overlooked when packing, and some absoulutley delicious home made items! The bothy itself was really well fitted out, fullsize kitchen appliances and a great tv package to relax with. We would love to stay again when we next visit Norfolk! We had an amazing time here and would fully recommend this stay! The home was absolutely beautiful, decorated amazingly and the hot tub and garden was really the icing on the cake. Our rooms were comfy and spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. The home has modern technology throughout which added an extra level of luxury. We all fitted in comfortably and truly have not a bad word to stay about our stay. We all were blown away with the presentation and will certainly be back. Two of us celebrated birthdays and what a fabulous place to do so! Thank you for such an amazing weekend xx

This was a great stay.. the location was good and close to pubs and the town. One of the biggest things for us when staying is storage and being free from clutter and this had lots of storage. Beds comfortable too and all the necessary items in the kitchen. Great stay and will be visiting again .. thanks Charlie and Rob

A beautiful, spacious and quirky house. Many historic features kept in the renovations but nothing too precious so the children (aged 9-12) were able to play inside & out. The huge kitchen/dinner/lounge made a great family space to eat or chill out with plenty of furniture for all ten of us. We all enjoyed pottering about in the river behind the house in the little boat & Toby lent us a bigger boat & kayaks for a longer trip in a better part of the river. We toasted marshmallows over the fire pit, cooked pizza in the pizza oven & watched bats flying over the water in the evenings. Good beaches & a cinema are only half an hour drive away and the Emmaus charity shop & cafe (10min in the car, 45min walk) is well worth a visit. Good biscuits in the kitchen when we arrived was a nice touch.

We had a lovely stay here as a group of 7. Hosts were very responsive, house was lovely & clean. Great that it was also possible to charge my EV around the back of the property. House was close to the city centre and just a short walk away. Easy check-in and house had everything we needed for a weekend away. Outdoor patio area was also lovely in the sunshine. Thank you!
