An open space beach house, of 60 s.m. for 6 pax with 1 double bed, 2 sofa beds and 2nd room with 2 single beds very stylish and comfortable. It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 1 & 3. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. In the quietest area of this fishing village there is a two storey boat house . On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. In a particular Cycladic architecture (cave house) , makes the visitor travel through time, experiencing an old time, simple way of life with all modern facilities by the sea. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.

Antonio Caves

Antonio Caves are a typical example of Santorinian architecture. Constructed in 1901, it was initially used as cave house wine preparation cellar and a bakery built right into the volcanic rock. In 2020 it was renovated completely and converted into 3 autonomous suites sharing a common courtyard Situated in the traditional village of Megalochori in two minutes walking distance from the picturesque square of the village
