Mountain View Acres Getaway

Enjoy nature in a beautiful peaceful setting with 100 acres of privately owned property. Breathtaking panoramic views spanning 45 miles in a tranquil natural spot with hiking trails throughout. Handicap accessible. Within a short drive of 2 major ski resorts, the Flight 93 Memorial and 2 wineries. Several restaurants and a brewery also within a 15 minute drive. The property includes an outside firepit that is a favorite place for guests to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains.

The 1780 Cabin on Main

A charming cabin built circa 1780 situated right on Main Street, just steps from Pubs and Restaurants and easy walking distance to historic Mercersburg Academy. There is a separate sleeping area upstairs with a queen-size memory foam bed. The lower level features a foldout couch and air mattress for additional guests, as well as a 55" TV and a wet bar and bathroom. Visitors have universally enjoyed the cabin's cozy feel. While there is no yard available, the town is great for walking dogs.

Cozy Cabin With Outdoor Hot Tub

Self check for convenience Tiny cabin with all you need squeezed into it for pleasant stay. It is located on a secluded property not far (5 miles) from major interstates. It is a small guest house across the lawn from our house where my wife and I live. It has window AC and wifi available. Free continental breakfast foods provided. (There is no kitchen) Cleaned to perfection ! We do spray for bugs but it is not unusual to see some spiders and bugs since the cabin is right against the woods.

Welcome to The Beautiful Allegheny Mountains! You will find the highest skiable mountain in Pennsylvania. It also has the longest and sweetest rides for skiers and snowboarders. Four seasons resort. Located on the third floor and has a private balcony. While staying at Blue Knob Ski Resort, you will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis/pickleball courts, and fitness center. Welcome to Morrison's Cove, Pennsylvania! Let our guesthouse be your home away from home. Relax and enjoy our small town with all the amenities you need. Just come with your luggage and enjoy your stay. The Cove Guesthouse is located approximately 30 minutes from Blue Knob State Park/Ski Resort as well as Raystown Lake/Trough Creek State Park. We are also about an hour from State College and are in a great location for Penn State Football games if you like to avoid high prices and crowds.

Area colleges include, Saint Francis Univ, Mount Aloysius College, Univ of Pittsburgh Johnstown, Indiana Univ of Pa, Penn State Univ, and Penn State Altoona.

Our house is fully furnished for an extended stay with all the amenities. Our getaway is only a short drive to the following attractions, Raystown Lake, Horse shoe Curve. Flight 93 memorial, and many others.

It has a separate entrance from the main level. This level features a gas fireplace, large master bedroom and partial kitchen.
