Ouverte de la mi mars au début novembre, elle est chauffée à 32°C (90°F). Le jacuzzi est accessible toute l'année.

We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. Located in community of Core City, neighboring the historic Corktown and Mexicantown. View the newly restored MI Central Train Station which has a gorgeous green space "Roosevelt Park" which includes a 13 acre frontage with paths for walking, biking, and even lounge spaces to sit back and enjoy.

This PS Grand Getaways location is an ADULTS-ONLY vacation home. We call it our "Staycation Grand". This IS NOT A PARTY HOME. Please rent a hall if needed. 10 persons max. This cozy home with a keypad gated driveway is only 10 Minutes from Downtown Detroit! It is ideal for MATURE couples or adults that need a place to get away and catch some staycation vibes! Enjoy the Detached, Heated/Airconditioned Entertainment Garage with a Hot Tub, and the firepit in the backyard!

Right off the Wilkins exit of the Dequindre cut. Walkable to Eastern Market, Downtown, and the River! Easy to get to all stadiums and most major concert halls. Built by Cranbrook students for their thesis in micro-housing and revived by us in 2016! We have hosted over 500 guests ranging from a full boyscout troup to the broadway cast of The Book of Mormon to the parents of kids who play basketball at the highscool nearby.
