Located in a great area, very safe. The river walk was beautiful as well. Very clean and open space with a comfortable bed. Huge bathroom and closet as well. We were a 15 min drive from everything so couldn’t really ask for a better location, especially with the price. Bishoi was extremely communicative and answered every question I had. Also even went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Would recommend this place 10/10 times to anyone who wants to come to San Antonio. You won’t be disappointed

This was my second stay with the hosts and I feel confident that upon my next return to Austin I will once again stay at one of their properties. They do a fantastic job of making sure access to the property is stress free and easy, provide you with everything you could need (and more), and are IMMEDIATELY responsive to any questions you might have which is a giant comfort booster and reflects on their professionalism. Thank you Jen and Steven for the fantastic hospitality!

Check in was quick and easy. The space was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels for the week which I appreciated. Quick response time when I messaged with questions. Decent gym, pool, and outdoor space and located in a fantastic area - super walkable, right next to Rainey St and the river/trails. Had a great stay and would come back!

John and Paul’s place was our home away from home for over 2 weeks while our home was being renovated. Paul was extremely responsive and went out of his way to accommodate our family during a very stressful time. The place is spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home! We will be recommending John and Paul’s Airbnb’s to all our future out-of-town guests!

Amazing stay! I would recommend and would definitely stay again. Beautiful location which is right next to ladybird lake and easy to walk to downtown. I personally loved the balcony as it has a great view and lots of wildlife to look at. It’s a great walking spot. It also has a pool area which we loved. I don’t have any negative things to say at all. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions on where is best to park and even let us check in one hour early! Thankyou 😌

Great stay! The place was very clean, and comfortable, and just steps away from the Riverwalk — perfect location. Just a little noise from street, but it didn’t bother me. The host was friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, the place was very convenient and we were able to walk to the restaurants and the pool was great as well. They were so nice and personable

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The condo was beautiful, spacious and the amenities were great! Having a doorman to facilitate the checkin made the whole process feel just like a hotel. Really excellent BnB. No complaints.

Very nice condo with great views of the city and lake! Very clean and very comfortable, plenty of room to spread out. Absolutely no problems with condo. The only problems we had were street noise ( unfortunately I’m a light sleeper) and wait times for elevator. Check out on Sunday was a bit crazy, waited for elevator for about 25 minutes and then it stopped at every floor going down because so many people were checking out at the same time. Would I stay here again? Yes!

The condo was great. Valet and front desk staff were friendly, the building is beautiful, and the bar/coffee shop in the lobby was so nice to have. The pool is small and was very busy but was clean and had nice lounge chairs and cabanas. The condo was clean, comfy, and decorated nicely. The only negative was the lack of lighting, especially when you’ve got four girls trying to do make-up, but the host was receptive to my suggestion for adding a lamp. Their communication was excellent.

We had a lovely week staying at this apartment. The apartment had all the facilities that we needed and it was far better than staying in a hotel. The Rainey street area had plenty of bars and restaurants and it was close to Lady Bird lake and some lovely walks. if we come back to Austin, this will definitely be our first choice stay.

What an amazing place !

Our stay was wonderful. The couch was comfortable and great for a nap. The view was amazing but wow watching the traffic outside made you want to stay in or walk. Rainey street was great for drinking but not enough food options. The bed was comfortable and the place was stocked with everything we needed.

Great location! Able to walk to lots of restaurants and bars. Looks just like the pictures…comfortable space and the host was great.

Perfect location in walking distance to Congress bridge, Lady Bird Lake and Rainey Street. We picked this condo since it had 2 beds instead of a pull out couch.

This home had the calmest, cleanest, most private vibe…like a personal retreat. I felt safe and so comfortable that I almost forgot I was just a guest. I’d come back in a heartbeat (and maybe stay a little longer next time).🤗

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing weekend at Phil’s. Peaceful outdoor space is the treasure at this home. My kids, 13 and 19, enjoyed the game room.

Amazing spot. Walkable to a bunch of Austin and very easy to access any ride share options to other parts and the airport. Very, very quiet (although close to a middle school it wasn’t disruptive at all during any hour of the day). House itself is beautiful with plenty of space and backyard are. 10/10 experience.

Beautiful and safe new neighborhood. Quiet and established area. The house is absolutely gorgeous and well stocked for using all of amenities. Lots of space and bedrooms for family to use, very comfortable with minimal furniture and decorations. House was absolutely perfect for what we needed it for. The kitchen was decently stocked for cooking. It was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely recommend it. We will be staying there again sometime!

Esteban’s place was perfect for what we needed! I am so glad we found this for our trip! The house was nice and clean, couch & beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home! We were a group of five ladies on a "Girls Trip". Everyone in the group loved the house. It was furnished beautifully and had all the amenities any group would want and enjoy. Our hosts' communication was quick and helpful. The home location is close enough to the airport and downtown for ease and the area surrounding it had all the amenities one would need. We all said that if we returned to Austin together or with our own family's we would want to stay at this place once again. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay!

Richard was an outstanding host! Quick to respond and helpful with recommendations for places to eat, activities and must see! The garage is full of fun activities for the kids and adults!! He went above & beyond with replacing the big blowup toy when it popped. The pool was a blast! The kid loved it. We loved the vanities in each room, so there was enough space for all of us to get ready and not fight over the bathrooms! Nice touch! The home was overall comfy, clean, and cozy!! We would defiantly recommend and stay again.

Great location, spot is nestled into east Austin with great options everywhere around us. Highly recommend for family visit or hanging with friends. Robert was accommodating, friendly, very responsive. Look forward to renting from him again.
