Nous avons loué tout l'etage pour 5 personnes: 3 chambres doubles, une cuisine avec une terrasse fermée, et deux salles de bains. L'appartement est très fonctionel, bien tenu et bien placé. Nous conseillons!

For the place itself this would be a 4-star review because some things which were important for us were missing. But because of Susan's availability and proneness to improve, I decided to give it a 5-star instead. While the apartment is cosy and has most of the basics one needs for short stays, it was also missing some things which we repute important for our working from and cooking at home. Such as firm table, a comfortable chair and more utensils for the kitchen. The place is great if you want to have time for yourself in simplicity, especially because the general curated atmosphere really supports this, but not that much if you work from home and like to cook at home. That said I'm sure that Susan will take care in the future of arranging these aspects better with her guests.

Great location. Easy walk to old town square with cafes and restaurants. Very clean and well maintained. Really nice kitchen area and supplies great for cooking and entertaining. Parking right outside door in nice perk.

We were welcomed and shown the place by Mrs. Maria de Lurdes and husband. Extremely polite and friendly. The house had everything we needed and because it was winter season, the whole house was warm thanks to the central heating system. Very clean. We will definitely choose to stay here if we ever return to the area.

Marisa súper bien , explicó todo perfecto! El departamento es chiquito pero acogedor, limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. Lo único malo es que se escuchan demasiado los ruidos de los otros vecinos a la hora de dormir. La ubicación es linda pero lejos de todo , si o si hay que ir con carro . No hay mucho para hacer por ahí . Pero Serra da Estrela es muy lindo , las vistas son espectaculares, volvería cuando tenga certeza que habrá nieve , debe de ser maravilloso.

Clean, roomy and comfortable apartment. Great patio. Very good communication. Paula was at the apartment on our arrival to introduce the apartment. A nice port and cookies were provided gratis, which was appreciated. Breakfast provided every morning was tasty and convenient. Highly recommend.

Casa com boas condições, pese embora haver necessidade de dar um pouco mais de atenção ao isolamento das janelas, trata-se de uma zona alta e muito ventosa, pelo que um bom isolamento é fundamental. Excelente luz natural.

We enjoyed the personalized attention and instructions at checkin. We also received marvelous dining recommendations at a Brazilian din er house a short walk from the apartment. Large, well-appointed apartment with lovely deck and views. With four rooms that have en suite bathrooms, would be great for family gatherings or large groups of friends. Clean and spacious, reliable internet. The parking in front of the building was full (only two or three spaces) so we had to park elsewhere in the neighborhood. This was not a problem for us, but it is a hilly area with narrow streets so others may want to consider this if you have a car rental and any mobility issues. Good Italian food across the street at Paço 100 Pressa was very convenient! Host was kind enough to send suggestions where could eat as we arrived on the later side. Very nice accommodation.

Very confortable house, with all the amneties and exactly has the pictures. The apartment was very clean and beautiful. We walked around Covilhã and managed to reach Serra da Estrela and play with the snow after a 30 minutes drive. Amazing stay and highly recommended!

Fernando was a welcoming host, and even shared a 50 year old Porto with us. The house is a true gem, filled with antiques, and everything modern that subtly goes along with that. It was comfortable, the beds had the best linens, it was clean, and bright. The view and surroundings of the duoro Valley and the towns could not have been better. I wish to return if we ever come back to this beautiful area.
