Boddington Mill

Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Inside, the three king sized bedrooms feature luxury bedding beneath vaulted, oak-beamed ceilings and period windows. Sky TV, Sonos speakers.

Self contained annex with own entrance & parking.

Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

The unique Tin Shed has been designed using sustainable and recycled materials, featuring original art from local artists and filled with natural light. It is lined with wood creating a warm and natural ambiance and it also has a wood burner. A compact, well equipped kitchen, living space, ground floor bathroom with power shower and WC. Upstairs is a generous bedroom with Super king or twin beds, and beautiful views of rolling countryside from a picture window. Outside is a patio and fire pit.

The Old Forge - Malvern Hills.

The recently restored Old Forge is set in beautiful countryside, yet is less than two miles from Great Malvern. It offers an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which opens onto a west facing patio where guests can enjoy outstanding views of the Malvern Hills. The Old Forge has a separate sleeping area with king size bed and ensuite shower room. The hills, Malvern Theatre and the Three Counties Showground, are all within a 5-10 minute drive. Pubs nearby and beautiful walks from the door.

Hop cottage, a lovely cosy self catering cottage set perfectly on the edge of the vines. The cottage features double bedroom with en-suite. Spacious living area is ideal for people needing to work - The twin room on the second floor has a sloping roof and due to steep stairs is not suitable for children under 8 Coddington Vineyard is close to the market town of Ledbury and the Malvern hills are 15 mins away ideal for walking and cycling. The property is a mews house stables conversion, once part of the neighbouring Georgian country mansion on the outskirts of the village of Callow End. Set in a peaceful rural location it is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful Worcestershire countryside, attending local events or even for a work related stop over. The house is a self contained, annexe to the Stables. It is comfortably furnished and has a small private garden with patio to the rear of the building.
