Studio includes queen-size bed, sitting area and private bathroom. Coffee and hot tea are included, as well as a small frig, coffee maker, and microwave. Guests will also have access to a large screened-in porch (a common area with owners), perfect for drinking your coffee while listening to the birds, or reading a good book.

This complex sits directly across the street from the beach. There is a nice view of the ocean/gulf from your balcony and you have the lagoon on the opposite side of the complex. We are only a mile away from the center of Gulf Shores and the Hangout Sleeps 6 but a Max of 4 adults $25 one time parking fee per vehicle
