Enjoy things nearby such as the Mineral Belt Trail, easy access to hiking and biking trials, and a short drive to Turquoise Lake, Twin Lakes, and Ski Cooper.

Our house, located in Downtown Gunnison, is the perfect base camp for your family vacation. The house is kid friendly. We are conveniently located one block from the free bus to Crested Butte. No need to have a car. You can easily walk to all the downtown restaurants, coffee shops and to the grocery store. We are also a few blocks away from Western Colorado University. The house was fully remodeled in 2017 and is very clean. No pets have been in the house since the remodel. Keyless entry!

A cozy, well-appointed home in the historic, old town of Crested Butte. Two Queen bedrooms and one full bath. In Old Town, near to dining, bus to ski area, grocery etc! This home is one side of a duplex. There is one short adjoining wall. I occupy the other side of the house. I welcome your pet and ask that you disclose if you are bringing a pet.
