This was the perfect stay! The home was well appointed, and all the “community” amenities kept us busy! We really felt like we were at a resort when laying by the pool overlooking the lake. I highly recommend Magnolia Overlook. There was even a wedding at the beautiful “Main House” and we would have been none the wiser if Dave hadn’t given a heads up, they were very respectful! We will be back.

Beautiful home in a private setting. The home worked very well for our large extended family. Wish we had more time to enjoy the porch and deck space. Highly Recommend.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend and really enjoyed the place. We loved being so close to the pool and gym. We were close to restaurants and able to take Lyft to a show in Huntsville. Comfortable ,clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend .

Our family enjoyed Easter weekend at Jaim's place. House was clean inside and out and our kids loved the 'theme'/aesthetic. My oldest said it was the top airbnb she has stayed!

We absolutely loved this place! The kids especially enjoyed the pool — it was a major highlight and made the trip even more fun. The home is secluded, which gave us peace and privacy, and the thoughtful touches throughout made it feel extra special. The bathroom was stunning, and the sauna was such a great bonus. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and just beautiful. Although we had to travel an hour to Huntsville for our activities, we didn’t mind the drive at all because we knew we were coming back to such a wonderful home. The host was incredibly accommodating and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place — we’d definitely stay again!

My husband and I booked this house for our wedding weekend. Beautiful. What an absolute gem! This house is phenomenal. The pictures don’t even do it justice. It is extremely spacious, private, peaceful, and has tons of storage throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and the pantry makes you want to cry happy tears. The large backyard, pool, play set, and grilling area were golden. I could go on all day about how intentional this entire place is: the furniture, the covers, the bathroom amenities, the lighting, the floorplan. Cary is also fantastic. Her response times are quicker than I’ve experienced. When I couldn’t figure out how to work something, she asked if I wanted her to stop by and check on it. Within 5 minutes, she had checked on the issue and left without anyone even realizing. Her priority was staying out of the way and making sure my family enjoyed every bit of the stay. Absolutely AMAZING! Kelly is so welcoming and kind. So many things I loved, but top of the list is the backyard…full of trees so tranquil. We grilled steaks out back got from local market. Shower was really nice too! I will definitely come back! Thank you for making my first visit to Alabama so special. Happy landings!

The place was very nice,it was very clean and comfortable. It was close to shopping centers and restaurants and a very short drive to Lake Guntersville the stay was great and I would stay again.

The house and location are great. Beds are comfortable. Kurt is very responsive to messages. Have stayed there before and look forward to staying there again.

My family of four and our two pups took the trip down to Alabama for our son's baseball tournament. This cabin was perfect for us. We really enjoyed our stay. It felt like a home, and it had everything we needed. It was close to Guntersville State Park, so we were also able to enjoy fishing and the swim beach during our breaks from baseball. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

This was a blessing! Host was helpful and responsive and you cannot beat the central location. We enjoyed morning walks to Starbucks and enjoyed walking to downtown arts festival on the weekend. We desperately needed calm and a rest and this was great- super back yard and front and back porches nice for chilling. Comfy beds! Not the fanciest place but we definitely got serous bang for our buck. Enjoyed it from the moment we came in and were greeted fresh feel of the sweet little house. Hope to stay again. Thanks!

Super great place. Very quiet with nice scenery. Feels very homey and like I could live here. Might be mice in the attic or I’m just paranoid from the squirrels that were in my own attic at home. Really nice having a smart tv and internet. I would come back for sure

We absolutely loved our stay! It was just like the pictures- very cute and charming! The view was beautiful and the property was very peaceful. It was so nice having 5 bedrooms and each having its own bathroom. We would love to stay again!

Beth was an amazing host. The property was really clean, the beds were so comfortable which is a huge plus. You can tell that Beth not only cares for her properties but cares for her guest. We had zero issues but I feel very strongly that if we had she would have handled them immediately. I highly recommend staying in one of her properties if you are in the area!

The towels and wash cloths are so soft, nice, and clean. I was able to park in the garage which is a plus. The host even provided snacks. The home has everything you need and feels like home.
