Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to grab your parking pass. Some of the amenities have reopened. The north pool and indoor pool, sauna and gym. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay and enjoy the best Daytona has to offer, look no further! We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

Enjoy King beds in each bedroom, ocean front views from EVERY room. All furniture is updated, along with in unit Wi-Fi and TV's in every room. Our first new elevator opened 2/17/25. The Second one opened 5/23/25! High speed and super smooth with no more occupancy restrictions! With only 4 condos per floor service is now very quick.

There are NO 3rd party bookings with out approval. So if you book-you must be present. This log home is made from Conn. wood and built by my father. It sits on 8 acres. There are 2 units in this one very large cabin. They are separate apartments that are only connected by a wrap around porch. So you get to enjoy your privacy. This property is 15 min to beach, 5 min from 95. There is close to 25 restaurants in about 1/4 mile. We have a SHOPPING Pavilion! About 1/2 mile!!
