Cozy Country Guest House is a 100 year old farm home out in the country about 5 miles out of Hallettsville Tx. Off of highway 77, we have a 75 acres ranch, with cattle and horse. Our main home is on the property too, we enjoy watching the cows and deer that come across every morning and evening, so hope you enjoy a cup of coffee, or and evening beverage relaxing on the porch. This is a very quaint country relaxing environment, hope you enjoy.

Spoetzl Haus is a charming historic cottage that once belonged to the famous Shiner Brewery, offering guests a unique blend of history, comfort, and small-town charm. The cottage also features a oversized bathroom complete with a clawfoot tub and spacious walk-in shower.

This is a perfect place to spend for an overnight stay or a short trip. The reason for this is because there is no kitchen, only a small fridge and microwave. The breeze way in between the guest suite and the main house is shared with owners but you will have total privacy in the guest suite which is separate from the main house. We are also conveniently located close to many wineries and the famous Spoetzl Brewery. We don’t typically make breakfast for Air B&B bookings, but can be requested for an extra charge.

Perfect escape! Custom built cabin nestled in the woods. Tranquility awaits you among the beautiful trees, wildlife and star gazing. Although we do live on the 20 acre property, the cabin is secluded and the surrounding grounds and pond is completely fenced. No pets please. NO CLEANING FEE!
