Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von der Reeperbahn, mit vielen Bars, Kneipen, Theatern und Musicals. Auch Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Das bekannte Schanzenviertel und der Hafen ebenso. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der tollen Aussicht bis zum Michel, der Reeperbahn, dem Hafen und der Elbphilharmonie. Die einmalige Lage mitten in der Szene ist unschlagbar. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig im Villenstadtteil Uhlenhorst auf einem der schönsten Grundstücke Hamburgs direkt an der Alster. Vom großen Balkon blickt man über den Feenteich und die Alster. Schöner geht es kaum! Das Zentrum ist mit dem Fahrrad, Auto oder dem Bus in etwa 10 Min. zu erreichen. Vermietet wird ein Teil von Alexanders Wohnung, der über einen separaten Eingang, Bad, WC und eine kleine Küche verfügt. Absolute Privatsphäre!! SONDERPREIS in Wintermonaten ab 4 Wochen! The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

There is a kitchen and a toilet. The shower is in the side entrance. The apartment has a beautiful large window and is very bright and recently renovated. WiFi is available. We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.
