Large windows face the lake, allowing natural light to flood the interior and offering uninterrupted views of the water and the surrounding trees. The private outdoor space has ample seating. A fire pit for cool evenings. The lakes surface reflects the vibrant seasons— rich greens of summer to the fiery reds and oranges of the fall.

Small cottage with lake view & access. No motorboats, pristine and quiet lake (SUPs & kayaks provided). Rare, but true, aurora borealis sitings on this lake (see pic)!. Cottage abuts the DAR State Forest, which has 15 miles of hiking (for all levels), birdwatching, and XC skiing. 25 min drive to Northampton, known as an academic, artistic, musical, and countercultural hub and home to Smith College. 30 min drive to Berkshire East Ski Resort and Stumps XC Skiing Center, others about 50 mins away.

Peaceful Lakeside Cabin

Peaceful Lakeside Cabin, with a king size bed in the upstairs bedroom, propane heat + infrared stove, internet, washer/ dryer, charcoal grill, canoe, SUP and life vests. Dogs are OK if they are flea free and can remain on the first un-carpeted floor and off the furniture please. Activities include swimming, canoeing, fishing, and hiking. Mass MOCA, Tanglewood, Jacob’s Pillow, Shelburne Falls & Northampton are 40 min drives in various directions. Crooked Pond Cabin is a slice of heaven. Enjoy!

We are a 2 bdrm, 1 bath cottage on a peaceful cove of the Connecticut River. Enjoy bird life, water views and magical sunsets in this nature lovers’ paradise. Bright and airy throughout. Fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms on the first floor, with a loft space for reading, enjoying the view or doing work. We've provided 2 touring kayaks (longer/heavier than other kayaks) in the shed. We recommend at least one strong person and bring water shoes (the bottom is yucky)!

Enjoy the beautiful fall foliage on our small private pond. You can bring your kayak or canoe to enjoy the wildlife that abounds or catch & release in our pond.
