Welcome to your coastal Carolina retreat! Enjoy exclusive use of the entire home with 2 rooms: one with a queen bed and another with a full bed & sofa, plus 1.5 bathrooms. Conveniently located between Topsail, Wrightsville, and Wilmington. Dog-friendly with parking. The Smart TV is connected to streaming services, and a Google Speaker is available in the living room. Please note, the master bedroom is locked off, as the house is used for family visits in NC. The house is only listed when vacant.

Welcome to Ola Verde, a unique, cozy and centrally located condo overlooking 180 degree water views of Banks Channel and Greenville Sound on the north side of Harbor Island in Wrightsville Beach. The views simply can't be beat along with the relaxing shady porch and proximity to local shops and restaurants. Park the car for the duration of your stay and immerse yourself as a local with a walk or bike ride to the beach, coffee, bite to eat or concert in the park. Lots of amenities on site as well

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

A Cozy Little Oasis in the Woods

Located in the heart of Hampstead, this hidden gem boasts great views of a centuries old pond. It is quiet and quaint, yet close to two area beaches and downtown Wilmington. Fully updated in 2021, it has all the necessities for a fun filled stay in the SE coast of North Carolina. It is also a rocks throw from the infamous skate barn Skateboard park, yet insulated well so you can enjoy a peaceful stay. A great place to let kids enjoy the outdoors and give parents a relaxing spot to unwind.

Located by Ironclad Golf Course and a short drive to Topsail Island or Wilmington, this space is close to everything you want to do. Or hang out and enjoy watching the golfers from the screened in balcony. Looking for something to do outdoors? Relax by the pond out back and watch the geese and egrets, or feed the turtles! There is a walking path nearby that leads to a playground for the kids to enjoy.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Once the home is entered, forget all your worries and embrace a stress-free stay. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining at the table or counter for up to eight, and a spacious living room with 22 foot ceilings and large widows to bring in the natural light. Enjoy meals, morning coffee, or evening drink of choice on the large, private, screened-in porch, while enjoying a nice view of the golf course and pond.

Peaceful place

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean

This is a recently renovated rustic 1947 cottage with an outstanding view of and access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!

ILM King Bed, Private Entry, Downtown and events

This studio guest house has a private entrance with pond and pool view from the room. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe.
