My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

A perfect place for all your Hampton Beach memories to be made!

2 Bedroom, 1 bath with kitchen. 2nd floor deck with view of Ocean Boulevard and Beach. Great location off of G st. 300 feet from the beach! Walking Distance to Restaurants and Shops! This unit has no parking. Private and public parking lots within walking distance. Paid Parking can be found behind G st at 92 Ashworth Avenue. There is additional parking on Ocean Boulevard across from G St or on Ashworth Avenue behind F St. We do not supply linens or towels.

Situated 2 doors down from a diner that opens quite early. You will be amused and entertained by all of the fishermen and women headed out as the sun rises. Enjoy the private beach ! Use our kayaks and peddle boats on the house ! Recently renovated! Please a minimum of 2 nights.
