Detta unika, fantastiska hus är byggt på 1700-talet men har renoverats flitigt under åren där gammal charm möter nytt. Huset är toppmodernt med bra faciliteter och värmesystem. Välisolerat. Allrummet med kök och vardagsrum mäter 4 meter i takhöjd och har braskamin och ett stort glasparti som ger en fantastisk utsikt mot poolen och havet. Det finns flera altandäck på tomten om totalt 300 kvm. Omgivningarna är vackra med hav, rikt djurliv och mycket skog samt 15 minuter gångavstånd till sjökrog.

Nybyggd Minivilla med lyxig känsla i natursköna områden. Sjö och kanotuthyrning nås på kort promenadavstånd, Tyresta naturreservat ligger inpå husknuten med milslånga vandringsleder och löpspår. Koppla av i bubbelpoolen under stjärnorna. Här andas lugnet medans citypulsen endast ligger 15 minuters bilfärd bort. Utan bil tar du dig istället smidigt in med bussen. The house has a comfortable standard and with 9+2 beds and is located within short walking distances from one of the best beaches you will find in the archipelago. It has a large wooden porch with a fire heated hot tub (accessible from may to september) and plenty of seating areas.

Welcome to our modern tiny cabin in Tungelsta – just 30 minutes from Stockholm. Here, you'll stay next to the forest, with easy access to the Sörmlandsleden trail and beautiful hiking paths. Enjoy a wood-fired sauna or a warm soak in the hot tub – both available all year round. During summer (May–Sept), you’ll also have access to a heated pool, kept at around 30°C. It is all private and not shared with others. A cozy holiday retreat for couples, small families or friends – in any season.

Njut av solnedgången på berget bakom huset (ca 100 meter) där det också finns enklare stolar och bord (gemensamt med grannarna).Det finns många promenadstigar i området och även ett naturreservat, badklippor, sandstrand och en liten vacker sjö som ligger ca 40 minuters promenad från huset. Huset för dig som söker maximal avkoppling och lyx. Ett mindre hus nedanför detta hyrs ibland ut separat till andra hyresgäster.
