700sq 1 bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor. Very cozy, private entrance and parking space. Queen size bed, a sofa sleeper, country setting, very quite, outdoor patio. The unit is above my work studio which I use when I get the time to tinker with a project. Very safe place. Less than 1 mile from the Metra train station. 20-25 minutes to O'Hare. Close to shopping. Neighboring towns Schaumburg, Bloomingdale, Glendale Heights, Carol Stream, Bartlett, Elgin, Streamwood.

Booking the entire house with 100% privacy. It has 2 driveway parking spaces and street parking. Garage may be available. CHECK-IN and OUT are flexible. The Coach House is located behind our house. It is a private and separate little house. It is located close to the river path and lots of restaurants. The upstairs is one big room that has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The upstairs also has a full bath. The TV in main living area on first floor is not hooked up to cable, but you can log into all of your apps and have access to news via YouTube TV, Netflix, Prime etc.
