Can’t say enough about this place and the host! Making sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating to all our needs even with many vehicles and boats! If you are looking for a relaxing, clean, and amazing host, you found it! This one is staying in my list if we ever come back. The views and the lake is well worth it, highly recommend! 10/10!

Deck is a great size to relax on and watch the local wildlife. Enjoyed kayaks and canoe. Overall a nice quiet neighborhood. Perfect place to get away from a busy life. Bruce makes night time wind down fun and relaxing. Also, assists in making the perfect s’more. Plan on reserving again in the future.

Loved our stay here. Right across the highway from Hawk pride mountain off road made it very convenient for us. The house was beautiful and the view was stunning. We stayed during the winter but can imagine how great it would be during the summer. LOVED the porch. Looks like a fun place to Hang out. Would definitely stay here again. Judy was great to work with.

It’s rare to find a place that offers not just comfort, but true rejuvenation. Though I only stayed for two days, it felt as if I had been away for a week, so complete was the restoration I experienced. Every detail, from the serene atmosphere to the thoughtful touches throughout the property, contributed to an environment that felt like therapy for the soul. I could not have chosen a better place to recharge. It was the perfect sanctuary, offering rest, reflection, and renewal in a way I didn’t know I needed until I arrived. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply grateful. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and will certainly be back when my spirit needs another retreat.

I took 6 teenage boys here for their Spring Break. They loved being able to hang out by the water together and joke and laugh together in the bunk room. Terry let us use the kayaks and gave us recommendations on places to eat and disc golf courses near by. A great stay at a beautiful waterside retreat!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. I needed the quiet and the porch was private and a perfect place to unwind / the backyard is beautiful! The kitchen is outfitted like my own and I enjoyed sitting in the sunroom with my book in the morning. I will be back with some of my family and we will use that pool table! Lastly, the bed was very, very comfortable.

What a great place to stay in the Florence, AL area! We had plenty of hiking we wanted to accomplish, but the lake house was so cozy and inviting we were a little torn on weather we should just spend a whole day lounging. Beautiful scenery on the TN River. Hiking at Cane Creek Canyon Nature Preserve was fantastic, and the visit to Dismals Canyon was incredible as well. Thank you for the recommendations!

Great, beautiful place to stay. Very neat and clean. Just wish weather would have been nicer for fishing. Would definitely stay again. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Wonderful stay! We sat outside around the firepit and the covered are was perfect when it rained.

Cypress Creek River Retreat was perfect. We made a quick trip for a funeral and needed a dog friendly spot. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. Highly recommend!
