My place is close to Northlands Mall which has retail shopping & 2 large supermarkets. Bishopdale shopping centre is also close which has a great butcher shop - Peter Tims Meats, also a New World supermarket, post office etc. Town centre is a 15min drive. We are minutes to many restaurants (NZ famous Lone Star at Northlands and Airport) & takeaways. Tourist attractions are a 15 - 20min ride. Airport is a 10min drive. We may not be the best street in Papanui, but it's the best house in Papanui.

Black Diamond

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space at the end of a private laneway. Accessed by external steps, the house is split into two pods connected by an external deck. Lofty ceilings and timber walls create a warm bach-like interior with large ceiling fans in each room and a log burner fire. Glass sliders open out to dramatic views of the harbour and hills. Enjoy a drink or BBQ on the large deck or unwind with a hot outdoor bath. Just a 5-minute walk from the local supermarket and brew bar.

As avid travellers ourselves, we know how important a home away from home is and we hope you will feel like it here! This 1920s character house has been modernised in 2019 conserving features of a classic home such as unique windows and good spaced rooms. Located at the edge of the "four avenues" where most of Christchurch city's entertaining and shopping is situated, you will be close to everything, in a walk distance. Or within 15 minutes drive you can reach surfing beaches or the Port Hills.

Sea Air and Sandy Beach Beautiful 1 bed 1 bath

Perfectly located just across from New Brighton Beach, this newly built 2-storey property offers 1 bedroom and one bathroom, making it an ideal escape. Explore the area, w/ the beach just a 30-second walk away, plus The Pier and He Puna Taimoana Hot Pools nearby. Enjoy meals in the fully equipped kitchen or dine at local restaurants. Clean, spacious, and quaint, with easy access and great instructions. Guests loved the location, beach views, and proximity to hot pools. A lovely, relaxing stay.

Relax in our cosy, modern, two-bedroom house newly built in 2025. It is located minutes walk from Westfield Mall and close to Riccarton Bush and Hagley Park. Each room has its own ensuite! Open-plan living area downstairs and fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. (Note: the projector from the photos is replaced with a TV now). There is one off-street parking. You will find everything you need for your stay: great shopping, delicious restaurants, supermarkets and the best location!

Strowan House 1 - Stylish Comfort

Enjoy the central location of this fully air-conditioned two bedroom single level home. Easy access from Airport by the Airport to Port bus with a stop right next door to the home. Strowan House 1 is within a 5 min walk of shops, cafes and restaurants. St Georges Hospital, St Andrews College, St Margarets College, Rangi Ruru Girls School, Elmwood Bowling Club & Merivale Mall all within walking distance. Canterbury University would be a short drive away, but could be walked.
