Rose Cottage is about a two minute walk to The Square and to Franklin's main attractions, venues and restaurants. There is no struggle to find a place to park with its location being closer than much of the available parking. It is quite convenient in the evening to be able to walk home from an evening spent downtown!

Our cottage is cozy, private, and safe! It is fully equipped to make your stay as enjoyable and carefree as possible. We have WIFI, 2 TV's Roku on both TVs, a Bose Radio with CD's, a DVD player with movies. We have a Coffee Station with Keurig & pods, a Mr Coffee with a coffee grinder. Completely equipped Kitchen. Tub/shower combo. Lots of privacy on your own back deck. You may see deer and wild turkey . Gas Grill provided. plenty of parking. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Just off interstate 40, it is as convenient as you can get. Enjoy 10-15 minutes to downtown night life. 3 houses away from the park entrance that includes a childrens play area. Inside find brand new memory foam mattresses and cozy linens. Kitchen is well equipped if you feel like a little quiet time.
