Great stop for travelers, sporting events, groups, Marshall football, soccer, track, Hospital, or events. Private and level parking for two at the house and large rv/trailer parking at the entrance. Welcome to our custom-built brand-new house in the heart of Charleston West Virginia. This house was completed June 2024 and has been furnished, stocked, and designed with the most modern and updated materials. We have specifically designed this house for nightly, weekly or month-long stays. Located 2 blocks from the Charleston Coliseum and a short walk to the lively capitol street. Check out our other house next door to this one, The 314 on Joseph. Children and pets are welcome.

The Cabin is a fully furnished , 3 bedroom home on 13 acres, a pond 2 fire-pits, wildlife. The house has a gas fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen, also we provide a gas grill outside on the wrap around porch. The porch has a swing and plenty of seating. A wash room with full size washer and dryer. The pond has a dock and is fully stocked. A king master suite with a shower ,bath tub. A bunk room w/ 4 long bunks. Upstairs a balcony / queen bedroom overlooking the downstairs.

This classic WV cabin has everything you need for a comfortable escape. There is a queen bed and a pull out Twin XL. There is another Twin XL matress in the closet if needed. The kitchen is ready for chefs! A nice laundry room and bathroom also. Outside the cabin door you can sit on a bench and enjoy a fire, roast marshmallows and enjoy the scenery. Firewood is provided. Inside the cabin guests can enjoy 2 flat screen tvs plus a DVD collection. This cabin has heat & air.

Peggie’s Studio Retreat is nestled in a secluded hollow just minutes from the Bearwallow Trailhead of the Hatfields & McCoys’ Trail System. The space is a large art/photography studio that has been transformed into an inviting living space. You’ll love the peace and quiet after a day on the trails.
