The East Room sleeps 1-2 people, and includes a private bath, air conditioning, a television (basic cable), a coffee maker, and a minifridge. Children accompanied by an attentive adult must be at least 7 years old. This unit is upstairs. Stairs in old buildings are steeper than modern stairs. Best for guests comfortable with stairs.
