Nadine hat jederzeit sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Haus war sehr einladend vorbereitet. Absolut einwandfrei. Die Geräte in der Küche sind super. Der Induktionsherd und auch der Dunstabzug waren zu jeder Mahlzeit ein absolutes Highlight bei den Kindern. Die Schaukel an der Treppe war im Dauereinsatz. Für Familien definitiv sehr zu empfehlen.

La estancia en la casa de Oliver fue fantástica. Habitaciones amplias, cocina completa junto con 3 baños y medio, hacen que sea un espacio ideal para grupos de amig@s o familia. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos en casa. Ademas está ubicada en una zona tranquila, con restaurantes y supermercado, desde la que se puede caminar al centro atravesando un hermoso parque (40min) o bien coger el transporte público a 100mts del portal. Oliver fue un estupendo anfitrión. Sin duda, repetiríamos.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft! Perfekt für 2 Familien, um eine entspannte Zeit zu haben, da das Haus wirklich großflächig ist. Es gibt sehr viel Spielzeug und einen tollen Außenbereich für Kinder und Erwachsene! Man kann diese Unterkunft sofort weiter empfehlen!

Schon zum zweiten Mal hatten wir die Unterkunft gebucht und es war wieder alles wunderbar! Die Lage zur S-Bahn mit der man schnell in der Innenstadt oder am Flughafen ist und die ruhige Umgebung sind top. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Gerne wieder!

Świetny apartament, piękne mieszkanie, super wyposażona kuchnia, bardzo wygodne łóżka, przyjemna pościel. Nieskazitelnie czysto. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z Gospodarzem, czytelne wskazówki, check-in o dowolnej godzinie. Gorąco polecam.

We rented Gunnar's place to spend a weekend in nature. Gunnar's home is very cozy and private and the closes path through the forest is just 5 minutes away. The decoration and the furnishing is quite lovely. I can only recommend :)

Wir waren auf Anhieb begeistert! Das Haus war sehr sauber und total süß hergerichtet! Die große Grünfläche, war für unsere Kinder optimal und auch die Hühner waren ein Highlight für die zwei. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt mit vier Generationen und waren alle rundum begeistert! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben – ein echtes Zuhause auf Zeit. Besonders für Kinder ist es ein wahres Paradies, mit vielen tollen Spielzeugen. Mit den Kapla-Steinen hatten wir alle gemeinsam – Jung und Alt – richtig viel Spaß! Die Lage war perfekt für unsere Familienfeier direkt um die Ecke und hat uns den Aufenthalt zusätzlich versüßt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, und der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein – bei schönem Wetter haben wir sogar den Grill angeworfen. Die herzliche Kommunikation mit Stefan und seiner Familie hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Es war schön zu erleben, wie bei diesem Gastgeber der ursprüngliche Airbnb-Gedanke gelebt wird: Urlaub machen, wo andere zu Hause sind. Wir kommen gern wieder und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Clean, cozy spot in Kreuzberg—just like the photos. Quick walk to the U-Bahn, plenty of cafes and nightlife nearby, and a helpful host. Perfect home base for exploring Berlin.

Michael's place was perfect for our trip and had everything we needed. It was walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Michael was a perfect host and was very communicative with me prior and during our trip. We would recommend anyone coming to Berlin to consider Michael's AirBnB.

Absolutely gorgeous area, and even more handsome host :D The apartment was cozy and had all necessary utilities. A short 5 minute walk to 3 different stations, 2 shopping areas, 1 lovely scenic walking route.

Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped. It is very well located, well connected to the important touristic sights in the city and there is a very good supermarket around the corner. The communication with the host was great and she was very flexible with the check-in time.

De accommodatie is gewoon super. We waren met ons vieren maar er is plek voor zes personen. De douche verdient een speciale vermelding. We hebben nog nooit zo’n fijne douche gehad. Met drie dames in het gezelschap is dit zeer zeker een extra vermelding waard. Om de hoek ligt een grote supermarkt. Aan de overkant ligt het Mauerpark. Daar is altijd iets te doen. We hadden super mooi weer dus we hebben ook van het park genoten. In onze woning had je niet in de gaten dat het park aan de overkant lag. In de buurt enkele super leuke restaurantjes, allemaal op loopafstand (max. 20 minuten). Kortom, een super locatie om Berlijn te verkennen. We komen hier zeker terug. O ja, wij waren met de auto. Tip: parkeergarage Kulturbrauerei. 15 minuten lopen. Echt een aanrader. Emil, hartelijk bedankt dat we van jouw woning gebruik mochten maken!

Super sfeervol appartement in een fantastische wijk. Ondanks dat het een hele bruisende wijk is, met vele cafés en restaurants om de hoek, is het in het appartement heel rustig. Perfect.

Great location and had everything I needed. Right next to public transport, only 10 mins from the centre. A grocery store and food places within walking distance, Ivos very kindly offered me a late checkout as my flight was leaving later in the evening.

Great, spacious apartment and amazing hospitality! The location is a bit far from the center of Berlin, with the ride (by public transport) taking 30-40 minutes to Mitte. Still, certainly well worth it if you don’t mind the ride!

Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal hier und haben uns sehr auf die blitzsaubere, wunderschön eingerichtete und unglaublich kinderfreundliche Wohnung gefreut. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt und Helena ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir lieben den ruhigen Innenhof und den kleinen Terrassenbereich und generell die ruhige Lage, perfekt nach einem trubeligen Tag unterwegs in Berlin. Mit der Tram kommt man überall hin und der Supermarkt ist auch um die Ecke. Vielen Dank für alles!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement. Le beau quartier et le calme bien appréciable après les journées à déambuler dans la ville. Amélie s'est montrée très réceptive. Appartement très propre. Le canapé qui peut faire office de lit est confortable.

Mycket bra boende, stort och rymligt samt rent och snyggt. Svårt att få en överblick av rummen utifrån bilderna och lägenheten är större än vad den ser ut att vara på bilderna. De låga sängarna går enkelt att flytta mellan rummen om man vill sprida på sovplatserna. Bra kommunikationsmöjligheter och man tar sig från lägenheten till Alexanderplats på 20 minuter. Mycket enkelt att checka in och ut, och all övrig information från värden var snabb och tydlig.

A home away from home! Clean, quiet, in a safe neighborhood. Had everything I needed. I was sad to leave. Excellent location! In between Südkreuz train station on the S2 train line and Julius-Leber-Brücke station on the S1 line, which are only about 8 minutes from the apartment. There is a grocery store near the Julius-Leber-Brücke station as well.

Wir waren mit 7 Gästen über Ostern in der Wohnung, was eher ein Haus ist zu Gast. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich und kommunikativ im Vorfeld und im persönlichen Kontakt. Das Haus ist einfach schön und vermittelt sofort ein Wohlfühlgefühl. Sehr, sehr schöner Stil, modern und und großzügig auf der einen, rustikal mit Backsteinen innen auf der anderen Seite. Die Bilder in der Anzeige entsprechen den Realitäten vor Ort. Alles ist blitzsauber. Wirklich besonders sind 2 Bäder und 3 Toiletten. Das entspannt die Gesamtsituation erheblich. Bemerkenswert: direkt im Umfeld sind drei Storchennester gut zu beobachten - herrlich. Die direkte Umgebung ist eher sehr ruhig. Man muss es mögen. Gefühlt hinter der Haustür beginnt das Biosphärenreservat. Wie gemacht für Nanonaturerlebnisse. Alles in allem eine Reise wert, meine Empfehlung gibt es zu 100%. Kurzer Tipp: Cafe am Märchensee, entspannt in einer Tagestour erreichbar. Nette Bedienung, umfangreiche Eiskarte.

From the moment we arrived, Katharina made us feel truly at home. She is not only a wonderfully warm and welcoming host, but also incredibly organized, offering clear instructions and good recommendations. The thoughtful touches, like chocolates, snacks, and refreshing drinks waiting for us in the fridge,made all the difference. Even more special was her personal welcome. We were 4 people staying for two nights, and the flat was absolutely perfect for us: cozy, bright, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the living room had just the right space for us to relax together. The area is full of bars, restaurants, and with a safe and friendly atmosphere. Without a doubt, I ll be staying here again on my next trip to Berlin. GRACIAS ✨
